I called 3 times to check in and ask for an update within this time frame, and each time I was given an excuse (i.e,. we don't have the proper tools to run the diagnostic, we are short staffed, we are slammed) as to why they've neglected my services, but they kept telling me "You will get a call from us by the end of the day," to which I never did. On one call, the boy told me that it was a motherboard issue and they didn't have the materials to run the diagnostic for it. Finally, I called one last time to check in and a nice guy spoke with me and was very honest in saying that there should not be any excuse for this to not be done, and he was kind enough to put it in the front of the queue (which made me wonder where my computer was in the queue, or if it was even in the queue) and it was a very simple fix (not a motherboard issue, as I was originally told). Cherry on top of it all, I was told since they had me waiting for so long, they would waive the diagnostic fee. This was not the case when I came to pick it up, I was charged full price for the diagnostic after being fed a line of excuses for the last two weeks about my computer. Will most definitely NOT be returning, and WILL be sharing my experience with UBreakIFix to anyone who seeks electronic assistance. Note: If you provide a 1-3 day timeframe, ADHERE TO IT.
