Requiring fully vaccinated people to wear masks while displaying a sign that reads "Local Order: Masks Required" is worse. I verified with the City of Green Bay AND Brown County Health Department that no such order exists. Apparently the "local" store owner and/or manager is a mask fanatic, and wants you to think the government is making them make you wear one, instead of owning up to their position. Avoid like the plague (pun intended).
