But for those of us who do not own…read morea fax machine or copier and are perpetually out of printer ink, I keep a FedEx Office location on my radar. The customer service at this place is always on point! I am greeted politely, offered help and left to my own devices if I decline assistance. I have witnessed some difficult customers and the staff here handles them professionally and to the best of their ability! Everything is kept neat and easily accessible and the prices for copies and fax services are very reasonable, as compared to other places that I have been to, like the library and Staples.

Do yourself a favor: If you need anything delivered anywhere, avoid these scoundrels and go to the US Post Office instead. By FAR more reliable than FedEx, and probably cheaper too. She explained things so poorly to me that I left after 15 minutes not understanding anything about my project. I went home, googled printing places in Green Bay, and promptly met with someone at Digi Copy who was professional and courteous and clearly explained all my options. He gladly accepted my $275 order that Kinkos lost out on because of an employee with a bad attitude.

This is why Guitar Center is so attractive. I know, I know, this is a chain but the difference with this one is that the guys here know exactly what they're talking about and they encourage using the equipment before purchase. Many of the employees are band members themselves so they understand our concerns and help our band sound better. My husband, the man with a million questions, have spent up to 2 hours here just getting a list of items he'll need for his upcoming gigs and have walked out with no purchase. The guys were able to tell him what works, what doesn't, and provided him with so much advice. They know us on a more personal level now, therefore we only purchase our equipment here.

I got the guitar center card because there was 0% finance for 48 months. so i thought. well i guess they randomly can change the months at purchase if they feel like it. After realising my payments were doing nothing to my total i called in to find out i only had 6 months of 0 percent interest and that it all gets charged to the card after 6 months. I would of just bought it outright if I knew they were going to be scums. Any business that aligns themselves with synchro bank is scum right along with them. if youre going to purchase from them don't use their card! Theifs! between intrest and the upcharge on the product i purcahsed i could of bought a whole new one! At no point in time was i told this at purchase.

I check online and it says they tried to deliver and no one was there. What??? there are 15 people in our office! I go check security cameras and see that there was a FedEx truck an hour ago out in front of our office, like the front door.. so I watch the security footage and the driver gets out of the truck and proceeds to walk to the far side of the building where there are no lights on and tries a single door that is locked. He writes up a sticker and puts it on the door and proceeds to walk back to his truck, which is parked in front of the main entrance, and leaves without ever checking another door. What?? So I get online and find out it is impossible to talk to anyone, but I find a place to change delivery options, and seeing I don't want these on the truck anymore, I check a box that says hold at FedEx facility. Well, to my surprise, a gal from FedEx calls me to tell me that the packages are currently on the delivery truck. I explain to her that I paid extra for overnight and the driver went to the 'wrong' door and never checked another door. She said she would call him and have him redeliver the packages. She asked were he should go and I told her the main entrance by the parking lot at the southeast corner of the building, right where he parked an hour earlier. I told her I would watch for him. I stood in the front entry for about 30 minutes when I suddenly get an alert on my phone... 'failed delivery' ...WHAT???? I've been standing right here watching for him. So I go back to the security cameras and see that he now parked by the same wrong door, away from the front southeast entrance by the parking lot, to the single door on the corner of the southwest side of the building.... tried that same door no one answered last time, and now knowing there was someone at the building waiting for him to re deliver the packages, got back in the truck and never tried another door to the building. No one at FedEx ever apologized and they had no clue as to how this affected things down the line. I needed those units that afternoon so they could get loaded and then given to the people who needed them the next morning before they left town. Well that didn't happen..... They could at least teach their drivers where east and west is.

I called earlier today and I was TOLD that I would be receiving my delivery by 8pm. Well that Ship sailed. FEDEX you are AWFUL!!
