They did not honor my online signature and told me I would have to pick it up (2 HOURS!!!!!) from where I live. Then told me I needed to be there before 5pm. I work until 5 so I told the lady that wouldn't work and she basically said oh well that's too bad and hung up!! After calling multiple times I finally decided to go get my package from the warehouse, 2 hours away, and they made me wait for over an hour before saying they already delivered it since it wasn't on the truck anymore. I called my husband who confirmed that my package definitely wasn't at our house. And after another hour of waiting and talking to person after person, they told me to leave and that it was delivered already. That package was over $800!!!! not happy with the service that was provided I paid for expedited delivery and then that said they would be there on Friday the 13 of 2025 and then the driver was to lazy to drop the package off and then they finally got dropped off on Monday June 16 and they were saying they were not going to be there till the following day but won't refund the expedited shipping cost when they were delivered on the day that they said it would have showed up without expedited shipping read more

First off, it's very frustrating that you can't talk to a human to get a problem solved. So I paid extra to have 2 laptops overnighted, the next day it's into the afternoon and still no delivery. I check online and it says they tried to deliver and no one was there. What??? there are 15 people in our office! I go check security cameras and see that there was a FedEx truck an hour ago out in front of our office, like the front door.. so I watch the security footage and the driver gets out of the truck and proceeds to walk to the far side of the building where there are no lights on and tries a single door that is locked. He writes up a sticker and puts it on the door and proceeds to walk back to his truck, which is parked in front of the main entrance, and leaves without ever checking another door. What?? So I get online and find out it is impossible to talk to anyone, but I find a place to change delivery options, and seeing I don't want these on the truck anymore, I check a box that says hold at FedEx facility. Well, to my surprise, a gal from FedEx calls me to tell me that the packages are currently on the delivery truck. I explain to her that I paid extra for overnight and the driver went to the 'wrong' door and never checked another door. She said she would call him and have him redeliver the packages. She asked were he should go and I told her the main entrance by the parking lot at the southeast corner of the building, right where he parked an hour earlier. I told her I would watch for him. I stood in the front entry for about 30 minutes when I suddenly get an alert on my phone... 'failed delivery' ...WHAT???? I've been standing right here watching for him. So I go back to the security cameras and see that he now parked by the same wrong door, away from the front southeast entrance by the parking lot, to the single door on the corner of the southwest side of the building.... tried that same door no one answered last time, and now knowing there was someone at the building waiting for him to re deliver the packages, got back in the truck and never tried another door to the building. No one at FedEx ever apologized and they had no clue as to how this affected things down the line. I needed those units that afternoon so they could get loaded and then given to the people who needed them the next morning before they left town. Well that didn't happen..... They could at least teach their drivers where east and west is. read more

Very frustrating to have to go through the FedEx 800 number when a simple question needs answered. Why not provide a local number?

Crap service. Can't talk to anyone on the phone. They mark products as delivered before they are actually delivered. Phone system sucks. Expensive shipping but no support. Go to store and employees are bumbling and useless. Have no answers to any questions and have no logic or reasoning. Extremely disappointed. read more

Package was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday, then changed to Friday, now changed to Saturday, who knows if that will happen. When you contact them it's all automated and useless. read more
