Respect is lacking by one man who works there. I didn't get the man's name who harassed me when I went there to drop off a package, but I certainly will get his name, the next time I'm in there. He is an older man and he should know better. I have enough things to worry about on a daily basis. I depend on FedEx to always take my pdfs and print out quality materials and that's exactly what they did! As promised, he finished up with the customer in front of me and got to work on gathering my materials, showing me the and boxing them back up for transport. The woman in front of me lost her keys and came back in to retrace her steps. As I was handling my credit card transaction, the employee looked around the counter where should may have sat them down and let her know he'd check the box she was shipping when he finished with me. As I loaded my car, he was helping her look on the sidewalk walking up to the car! What a great group for folks!

For an upcoming DI Tournament I was putting a costume and props together as the Timekeeper/Announcer. I needed to map of some sort to attach to the back of a clipboard, and have its details large enough to not loose its affect - but also to be seen from 30 feet away. Shira & AJ took the time and effort and care needed to accomplish this, and responded as though it was their personal mission. All this, while not slowing down the other business needs at the time. My end product is going to WOW a lot of parents and student participants thanks to these two! THANK YOU for champagne service and results for just a soda pop level project! You Folks Rock!

I go in Friday and the lady goes, "Sorry I have a note here that says it won't be ready until next Thursday. I'm not sure why." I ask how much it'll be and she said $25. I'm frazzled that it's already going to be a delay so I'm like ok fine. Over that weekend I decide that's WAY too much to pay for just a press. I go in on Monday to pick it up and cancel my order and she says, "I'm sorry hunny we don't do any of the work here they send everything to our other location, so your jumpsuit isn't here." Long story short, I wish I knew that ahead of time and after telling me multiple times that she wasn't sure why there was a delay she then miraculously knew it was because they found a rip in one of the stitches which they needed to fix before pressing. The customer should definitely be notified of that before they go ahead with something like that!! I finally got it back the next day and there is a huge rip in the front that WASN'T there before and it's pressed. Soooo she lied to me it was already pressed and they had to quick try and cover their mistake! Only giving it one star because for the review you have to put at least one, otherwise it would be getting -10 stars.
