The lazy ladies working there are spectacularly rude in their interactions with customers They don't carry ups packaging despite being a UPS store. It appears They want to sell you packaging. Had an amazon return and it took me less than 10 seconds! They just scanned my code, printed my receipt and I was out the door! I had to stand in line of course, and the girl behind the counter (didn't get her name, but she has some tattoos) was super helpful to the elderly folks ahead of me. If you are an Amazon prime member and returning something or if you are just sending something out, print you label before you go to this shop. They will charge you $2 for a label that you can print anywhere els for $.10, BUT they WILL let you use there type. :) Also FYI, standard B&W prints here are twice the price as anywhere I have seen $.20 vs. $.10. read more

I have been to the store two times in two years and both times left a bad taste in my mouth. The manager who is a female is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I needed one single piece of tape and she told me I could buy a roll. The second time I ran into the person she gave me a scolding about how my packaging should be for Amazon. That store is just flat out awful. There is absolutely no sense of customer service and the individuals that work there are just flat out rude. No please, no thank you, no eye contact, no how we can help you. Just don't know what to tell you we only get supplies for our store shipping because that's how we make money. what a horrific attitude. I thought possibly it could be just me but went back and looked at the other reviews and it seems that nothing has changed. So disappointed. Worst Service Ever! Do not use UPS! Waited 4 weeks for a package then found out UPS lost it, cant reorder because the items are no longer available. And, another order from Amazon needs to be returned, it wont fit in the drop box near my house (shoes), I work days so I cant be home to sign for them to pick it up, so I drove to the nearest UPS store which is 30 miles from my house and the snippy sales lady refused to accept the box and refused to fix the box so she would accept it?? The store's whole business is about shipping boxes! So, I've returned home to find the "correct" boxes, and to write this complaint about the UPS store! p.s. I called UPS customer service, 800-742-5877 and they insisted on tracking numbers completely disregarding their terrible service, they put my on hold for 20 minutes! read more

Worst Customer Service EVER. Paid a crazy amount of money to OVERNIGHT a package from San Diego to Green Bay, Wi on a Friday. Was supposed to be delivered by noon on Monday. Called the local UPS at 4pm to be hung up on twice and then told it's still in Kentucky when it's been tracked to Milwaukee! What kind of business is this! Would have given negative stars is possible. UPS used to be the gold standard for shipping. If they made a mistake they corrected it. I will NEVER use them again and NEVER recommend them to anyone else! read more
