I cannot express my ongoing frustration with UPS. The most unreliable Company ever!!! Customer Service sucks, you can't even get a live body anymore. My package has been at the distribution facility in Oshkosh 1.5 miles from my house for 12 days and still has not delivered and now claims it i lost.. they hold the USA as hostage as there are few alternatives for small business. And when you call customer service you don't get anyone local and they have no way (so they say) to get you to a main headquarters locally. I absolutely hate this delivery service. They deliver in the rain and leave the package in the rain. I had a package that was delivered 3 days early and had no idea that they delevered it. Soaked through and now because of UPS (Unbelievable Poor Service ) now I need to send it back. I'm at home all day and you think the driver could have rang the door bell to alert me that there was a package delivered in the rain. Also, the package is supposed to be delivered to the back door and was not. It was left by the garage. Only about 15 feet away. And there is some cover by the door too. COME ON MAN! Time to fine the drivers for such poor service. Not worth the time or effort to use UPS! read more

As usual UPS is the worst delivery system in the country. Use them only if you absolutely have to. I had a package shipped overnight and surprise surprise it is delayed until Monday even though the package is only 30 miles away, I now have to wait the entire weekend. This center needs to train their drivers on how to use GPS. Our address was 100% correctly entered and they claimed they couldn't find it, so now my package (that is needed for tomorrow morning) is sitting at the center for ME to pickup if I want it in time. Our house is SUPER easy to find on a county road. When I called customer service, it was even worse. They don't even have a phone number to this service location for me to call and request it still be delivered by 8pm tonight (as promised when ordered). Yet another delivery fail from UPS . I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day for my wife . I paid extra for guaranteed delivery today . All for naught when UPS is involved . This office is closed to customers between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. no matter what the website claims. A very nice young man from the warehouse was very helpful and courteous, it wasn't his fault that Target and UPS told me I could pick up my package anytime during the day. All in all I've had very good service from this location. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE. As I type this my signature only package was supposed to arrive on Friday, it is now Wednesday. Because it is signature only I cannot leave my home or work out because I need to hear the door bell to sign for the package. I am awaiting a package that was supposed to be for a special occasion last week which is why it was scheduled for a Friday delivery. Thank you UPS, you ruined getting my gift to me in time. I have called customer service 3 times, as I type this I have been on hold for 25 minutes waiting to talk to a supervisor. Yesterday when I called twice and waited over a 1/2 hour to speak to some and when they finally did answer they couldn't tell me where my package was, TWICE. The customer service supervisor also promised they would call me back when they tracked the driver down to let me know when the package would arrive. NO SUCH COURTESY CALL HAS HAPPENED. It is now Wednesday morning, 11:02 no one has called me back and I still don't know IF AND WHEN my package will arrive. This is unacceptable, UPS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE!!! As a final note, perhaps UPS should hire people in the United States to take customer service telephone calls instead of outsourcing them, it is nearly impossible to understand them on the phone. read more

UPS Delivery Service Oshkosh, Wisconsin Missed the delivery on Friday, note left saying it would be delivered the next business day which would have been Monday, August 13, 2018 between the hours of 1:00 and 5:15. Made a special point of being home to accept delivery but no delivery. When checking the tracking number, it told me that the package was on the way... This is just one reason I never will use UPS for any shipping and I will be careful to only order from companies that ship using USPS. FexEx and UPS both are horrible! read more

I have been having trouble for years having packages delivered to my business. Apparently after 6 years I don't exists. I have things shipped to my home and now they keep saying they are going to deliver and ends up going back to Oshkosh for some reason. Impossible to talk to anyone and emails go unanswered. I was supposed to have a package dropped off. I only got one notification on my door that they ever stopped by. And instead of providing a number or details on the slip, all it said was "7-9". Checking the tracking number, it says he tried 3 times, but the other two I was at home and waiting. Now I have to go get the package because they max attempted. And the only day I can do that is Saturday, but they're not open. So my package will be sent back. Horrible service. read more

I'm really disappointed in the Oshkosh UPS location. On Friday we dropped off about a dozen boxes for a client in California. The boxes sat there until today without being shipped. Granted, we made a mistake on how we filled out the forms, but we've been customers of yours since 1986 - not always perfect customers, but you would think someone would have picked up the phone and called to let us know there was a problem with our shipment. We didn't hear from anyone until today, as in three business days later. So we tried to resolve the issue over the phone and were told it would take at least another 24 hours to get it straightened out unless we wanted to drive down and pay with a credit card. When I went down there, I was told that I had to recreate all of the labels (for a dozen boxes). After all the years of shipping hundreds of dollars per month, they let my shipment sit for three days and then didn't even offer an apology. And they didn't even offer to help relabel the boxes. The clerks said: "Here's the terminal, good luck." I took the shipment to Federal Express, and while it was a little more money, there were two very friendly clerks who not only helped me get the packages out of my van, but labeled them for me and, get this, they actually thanked me for the business. read more
