You need to get there before 4pm on a Friday otherwise they have to store them until late on Monday when the FedEx trucks pick up again. I was then treated with disdain while my business was handled. My wife immediately commented on it as we left. Bad customer service is bad enough. Requiring fully vaccinated people to wear masks while displaying a sign that reads "Local Order: Masks Required" is worse. I verified with the City of Green Bay AND Brown County Health Department that no such order exists. Apparently the "local" store owner and/or manager is a mask fanatic, and wants you to think the government is making them make you wear one, instead of owning up to their position. Avoid like the plague (pun intended).

This was at 5:15 on a Thursday. When I got home and checked the corporate information there is no outage. I tried to call the store to verify what's going on and no one would answer at 6:20 the same night. Inconvenient for people trying to drop off packages, and even if there is an outrage why would you lock the the doors so people can't come in to get their stuff out of the mail boxes?
