    I have had bad experiences at this store but want to tell about the great experience I had…read moreyesterday. I went in to check about switching to Verizon Internet. There was one employee there and his name is Cameron. He totally explained the process to me and then walked me through how to do it myself at home. He brought out the very simple box needed and I had a hands on experience of what to do with it when I got home. He actually set it up there to make sure it was working and was able to get the wifi on my phone set up for me. He was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about the process. After I got home it was an easy task for me to connect to my TV and to my PC. I only needed to type in the password. I am a 72 year old with very little tech knowledge and was so happy that I actually was able to do this on my own. Cameron told me over and over that I could do it as I was nervous about it. He is a valuable employee and has wonderful customer service skills. I will not hesitate to go back in the store to update phone or with any questions I have about my Verizon service if I open the door and see that he is working!!!! Thank you Cameron for the excellent service that you gave me. I am totally satisfied with the new service and have already cancelled the former one.

The representative, the same one that gave me zero satisfaction the last time I was there, told me he couldn't do it and we''d need to contact Apple directly. Not believing that nothing could be done, we decided to try Cellcom...guess what...they did it, even though we're not Cellcom customers. The price: $0.00. I will never go back to this store again and would absolutely consider switching to a Cellcom after this latest 'customer service' encounter.

I also do phone conferences and had previously been frustrated with the other provider in the Green Bay area that I had been using as the connections would drop frequently. I have had no trouble at all with NSight services since going with them and can highly recommend them for internet services in the Hobart area. My connections are fast and reliable and so far I have had no issues with down times. I can stream live programming such as news and sports without any problems. I can upload and download at fast speeds. Their installation crew had to work on a very difficult installation for me and did so professionally and even left it clean and organized when they left. Their customer service has been excellent. I do not get other services only because I travel so cannot speak for these but if you are looking for a good fast internet service that is reliable I can recommend them.

    It's bad enough losing cell service for multiple days with no real explanation, but I went into the…read moreHolmgren Way store to simply ask for a breakdown of the charges on my bill, as it was $157/month, and I could not find online what exactly that monthly fee covered. I went to the Holmgren Way store to get a printout, and August, an employee, said he was not able to provide that without management authorization. After questioning why a customer service employee of yours was not able to answer a simple question for a customer, a manager rushed over to assist. He was also reluctant to show me a breakdown of the charges, but informed me that my Flex-Pay for my iPhone 13 just ended that month, which seemed suspect. I still asked for a printout of the breakdown and to see the payment history of my Flex plan, which was their shady way of getting you to sign a 3-year agreement to get an upgrade, which is poor terminology since I'm actually paying for it in the long run. They not only refused to print something out, but when I moved behind the desk and went to look at the computer screen they were looking at, in confusion, they moved the screen away so I couldn't see. The best they could do was write down what my data plan cost on a Post-it note. Highly unprofessional and very suspect that they wouldn't show me why my bill was so expensive. I've been a Cellcom customer for almost 20 years; needless to say, I took their post-it note and went to T-Mobile, where I got a truly free phone upgrade, major discount from what I was paying, and full transparency as to what my charges were. Cellcom has obviously had issues, but it's sad when a store manager and employee are going out of their way to conceal what I've been paying for all this time.

They advised that I could call back later that day to cancel it if I wanted. To get them off my back I said ok but I would likely cancel later in the day. They lied! On top of this the salesperson, D!, sold me on a HomePod Mini and helped reassure me it was a sensible purchase to work on our "Smart" Home aspirations. I was impressed by the stores depth of products & accessories in home media center & beyond the usual mobile phone/smartwatch inventory stack that seems typical in even Verizon's stores in large Metro areas. Following the last 2 times I've had to contact "611", I have noticed a near seamless online/mobile app/text/phone/in-person experience & helped me avoid having to repeat my self ad-nauseam. Even AppleCare+ customer service doesn't even compare in this regard. While the entry cost for VZW monthly service is , I'm reassured it is buying quality customer service that is worth it and I'm confident I made the right decision in moving my business to VZ. Looking forward to unpacking the HomePod Mini and following up with another A+ review on that project ;)
