    I have had bad experiences at this store but want to tell about the great experience I had…read moreyesterday. I went in to check about switching to Verizon Internet. There was one employee there and his name is Cameron. He totally explained the process to me and then walked me through how to do it myself at home. He brought out the very simple box needed and I had a hands on experience of what to do with it when I got home. He actually set it up there to make sure it was working and was able to get the wifi on my phone set up for me. He was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about the process. After I got home it was an easy task for me to connect to my TV and to my PC. I only needed to type in the password. I am a 72 year old with very little tech knowledge and was so happy that I actually was able to do this on my own. Cameron told me over and over that I could do it as I was nervous about it. He is a valuable employee and has wonderful customer service skills. I will not hesitate to go back in the store to update phone or with any questions I have about my Verizon service if I open the door and see that he is working!!!! Thank you Cameron for the excellent service that you gave me. I am totally satisfied with the new service and have already cancelled the former one.

I'm not sure why they even…read morehave a store here; useles So...I went back today with my mother-in-law to see if we could get her iPhone phone unlocked or reset (it wouldn't connect to my laptop to reset via iTunes). The representative, the same one that gave me zero satisfaction the last time I was there, told me he couldn't do it and we''d need to contact Apple directly. Not believing that nothing could be done, we decided to try Cellcom...guess what...they did it, even though we're not Cellcom customers. The price: $0.00. I will never go back to this store again and would absolutely consider switching to a Cellcom after this latest 'customer service' encounter.

    It's bad enough losing cell service for multiple days with no real explanation, but I went into the…read moreHolmgren Way store to simply ask for a breakdown of the charges on my bill, as it was $157/month, and I could not find online what exactly that monthly fee covered. I went to the Holmgren Way store to get a printout, and August, an employee, said he was not able to provide that without management authorization. After questioning why a customer service employee of yours was not able to answer a simple question for a customer, a manager rushed over to assist. He was also reluctant to show me a breakdown of the charges, but informed me that my Flex-Pay for my iPhone 13 just ended that month, which seemed suspect. I still asked for a printout of the breakdown and to see the payment history of my Flex plan, which was their shady way of getting you to sign a 3-year agreement to get an upgrade, which is poor terminology since I'm actually paying for it in the long run. They not only refused to print something out, but when I moved behind the desk and went to look at the computer screen they were looking at, in confusion, they moved the screen away so I couldn't see. The best they could do was write down what my data plan cost on a Post-it note. Highly unprofessional and very suspect that they wouldn't show me why my bill was so expensive. I've been a Cellcom customer for almost 20 years; needless to say, I took their post-it note and went to T-Mobile, where I got a truly free phone upgrade, major discount from what I was paying, and full transparency as to what my charges were. Cellcom has obviously had issues, but it's sad when a store manager and employee are going out of their way to conceal what I've been paying for all this time.
