We Connect agreed to a service call at my home. The technician arrived outside of the committed…read moretime for the service call. The technician asked me to sign forms authorizing work to be performed at my home. The technician then left my home 5 minutes later without performing any work or communicating why they were leaving. I spoke with the dispatch and service managers for We Connect multiple times throughout the day and they are unwilling to honor their commitment to service my Hughnest installation on the day committed. Getting customers to sign documents agreeing to perform work then leaving the job site is dishonest and probably part of a scam to bill for more services. The service manager will only allow a technician to come back on a different day and I am required to sign new service forms allowing work to be performed. It looks like they are double billing for work. Customers should be aware We Connect LLC is operating with shady business practices.

Our phone calls get answered quickly and we get exactly the speeds we pay for. I check. The nature of a wireless signal means that weather plays a part in the quality of the signal. That's beyond anyone's control. I need to teach remotely and called to order a second receiver so I can work from an outbuilding on our property. They hand delivered that new box 4 hours after I placed my call, and drove from an hour a way to do it. GREAT SERVICE ! Thank you!

The paperwork that they submitted even included our address as a future site for fiber installation. Fiber would be a MAJOR upgrade for our small business! Fast forward two years. Semi - ok internet, but ZERO fiber. There are two families and two separate businesses at our location. We reached out to Bug Tussel and they said they have no plans to run fiber to our location- EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON THEIR ORIGINAL MAP that they pitched at the county meeting. The two unoccupied neighbor houses have fiber installation hookups but we do not. Also, I have another complaint. When they came to unhook the internet (because we have switched to Spectrum for Fiber) they did not call ahead. We are in meetings with clients in Toronto and they ask for a bug tussel hook up. I would have had it ready if I knew they were coming - so the younger of the two goes around the back of my wife's computer and pulls it out of the wall. Then as he goes to leave her office he trips on one of the dog beds. He said a few things because he is a jerk. He wouldn't have tripped if his shoe laces were tied. Extremely unprofessional! I won't be switching any of my accounts going forward. Bug tussel lost an opportunity.

Following the last 2 times I've had to contact "611", I have noticed a near seamless online/mobile app/text/phone/in-person experience & helped me avoid having to repeat my self ad-nauseam. Even AppleCare+ customer service doesn't even compare in this regard. While the entry cost for VZW monthly service is , I'm reassured it is buying quality customer service that is worth it and I'm confident I made the right decision in moving my business to VZ. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. I bought a phone, traveled for business, came back and am quarantining. Location refuses to take the merchandise back and you can't help from Team Wireless which should be called Opposing Team Wireless. However someone will have enough time to apologize, ask for more info, or give some reply here to save face and make it look like they aren't greedy. JUST HORRIBLE
