Jeremy…read moreat Verizon was very helpful in giving me my options, and I finally decided on a comparable one. Unfortunately, they didn't have one in stock, so Jeremy ordered one. Less than a week later, I got a text the phone was in, so we took a drive to Green Bay & picked it up. Jeremy took the time to ensure everything was transferred over to the new phone.     Started in December when i purchased a new phone. The guy deleted my new phone off my account…read moreinstead of my old one. Then couldn't fix it. I had to go to a corporate store to get it resolved. Forward to now. My phone has a screen hardware issue. I went in to get it fixed. They couldn't get Verizon to authorize a replacement asap so I was to get a follow up. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! No calls. Even worse, no reply to calls and voicemail I left. Or even reply to text messages I sent. Horrible. Mike there found I was being double billed for my iPad. But can't refund it. He "fixed it" only for my iPad service to get shut off. I was to call or text of that happened. I did both. No reply. There are numerous other Verizon issues I'm dealing with but this location started the problems and won't resolve them for me. Sad. I've been with Verizon for just a few months shy of 20 years. I'm moving to another carrier because of this crap.

Our phone calls get answered quickly and we get exactly the speeds we pay for. I check. The nature of a wireless signal means that weather plays a part in the quality of the signal. That's beyond anyone's control. I need to teach remotely and called to order a second receiver so I can work from an outbuilding on our property. They hand delivered that new box 4 hours after I placed my call, and drove from an hour a way to do it. GREAT SERVICE ! Thank you!

The paperwork that they submitted even included our address as a future site for fiber installation. Fiber would be a MAJOR upgrade for our small business! Fast forward two years. Semi - ok internet, but ZERO fiber. There are two families and two separate businesses at our location. We reached out to Bug Tussel and they said they have no plans to run fiber to our location- EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON THEIR ORIGINAL MAP that they pitched at the county meeting. The two unoccupied neighbor houses have fiber installation hookups but we do not. Also, I have another complaint. When they came to unhook the internet (because we have switched to Spectrum for Fiber) they did not call ahead. We are in meetings with clients in Toronto and they ask for a bug tussel hook up. I would have had it ready if I knew they were coming - so the younger of the two goes around the back of my wife's computer and pulls it out of the wall. Then as he goes to leave her office he trips on one of the dog beds. He said a few things because he is a jerk. He wouldn't have tripped if his shoe laces were tied. Extremely unprofessional! I won't be switching any of my accounts going forward. Bug tussel lost an opportunity.

    Representative did not explain anything to me. Not about the phone, not about the new plan, didn't…read moregive me a receipt, etc. When I declined the protection plan he offered, another guy (manager?) came over and high pressured me to get the protection. They advised that I could call back later that day to cancel it if I wanted. To get them off my back I said ok but I would likely cancel later in the day. They lied! Verizon doesn't allow you to cancel until after first billing!

Finally Maps & Siri work with handsfree, so my family can rest assured I can keep my attention where it belongs, offensive driving . On top of this the salesperson, D!, sold me on a HomePod Mini and helped reassure me it was a sensible purchase to work on our "Smart" Home aspirations. I was impressed by the stores depth of products & accessories in home media center & beyond the usual mobile phone/smartwatch inventory stack that seems typical in even Verizon's stores in large Metro areas. Following the last 2 times I've had to contact "611", I have noticed a near seamless online/mobile app/text/phone/in-person experience & helped me avoid having to repeat my self ad-nauseam. Even AppleCare+ customer service doesn't even compare in this regard. While the entry cost for VZW monthly service is , I'm reassured it is buying quality customer service that is worth it and I'm confident I made the right decision in moving my business to VZ. Looking forward to unpacking the HomePod Mini and following up with another A+ review on that project ;)
