We are very lucky to find Switch Electric. We've been looking for an Electrician for a long time…read moreand Switch Electric was recommended to us. Art Flores, the owner of Switch Electric is very professional. He listened to what I want done in my house. He assessed the situation and made some recommendation. Art works with you on what you want done. I never got the "salesman talk" or some upsale pitch to make the job complicated and more expensive. I like the service we received. The quality of work is professional, clean, and complete. Art even told us what was done and gave us tips on how to keep the electrical unit in top shape. I definitely call Switch Electric again for future projects. Thanks Art!

No date provided, and said they could give us a date for next week if they couldn't fit us in that week. Fine. They randomly showed up at the house a few days later, no phone call, no contact of ANY kind. Just rang the doorbell and expected us to be at home in the middle of the week in the middle of the day. I work from home, and was on a conference call, had to leave the call, let the guy in. Said it would only be a few minutes. After less than 15 minutes he tells me, "you have a bad batch of bulbs" and is on his way. Get the bill today for their unannounced, uncommunicative visit for $120. He called when he got to our tenant's place and called again when he left so I know generally when they were in and out. A voice mail would actually be appreciated since I normally don't pick up numbers I don't know (but now I have his number saved for future references!) Our tenant's bathroom fan was not working, most of the face plates were either broken or popped out, and one of the smoke alarm was not working anymore. We originally bought some supplies for him so that he can use them but because we got the wrong supplies, he willingly went and bought the supplies to fix all of the above. Of course, we were charged accordingly. Kyle followed through to see if we needed another electrical aspect fixed (but we refused for the time being). Eventually, my husband and I got a chance to check out his (and his apprentice's) work and it looked very good. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews, but Kyle does good work and I definitely recommend him. They are in Neenah but serviced the Menasha area too. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work!
