He called when he got to our tenant's place and called again when he left so I know generally when they were in and out. A voice mail would actually be appreciated since I normally don't pick up numbers I don't know (but now I have his number saved for future references!) Our tenant's bathroom fan was not working, most of the face plates were either broken or popped out, and one of the smoke alarm was not working anymore. We originally bought some supplies for him so that he can use them but because we got the wrong supplies, he willingly went and bought the supplies to fix all of the above. Of course, we were charged accordingly. Kyle followed through to see if we needed another electrical aspect fixed (but we refused for the time being). Eventually, my husband and I got a chance to check out his (and his apprentice's) work and it looked very good. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews, but Kyle does good work and I definitely recommend him. They are in Neenah but serviced the Menasha area too. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

Made large monthly payments for 4…read moremonths, and then received a phone call from owner accusing me of not making a payment for 4 months even though my last payment was about one week prior. Fortunately I had noted all my payments and the dates, but he then said, "Well, can we get a payment anytime soon?" I was pretty disgusted. Just beware Witzke's accounts receivable isn't necessarily accurate from my experience.

We had a tech recently come to our house. Before coming to our home their communication was great…read moreand they were very responsive. The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.
