KMill Electric is super professional and timely - I love that I received a text 30 min prior to KMill showing up (in addition to a previously discussed time during our phone call) so that I knew exactly when to except their arrival instead of waiting around all day like other companies I have experienced. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for any future electrical needs!

I was especially…read moreglad that their yelp page has services posts up so that I know exactly what they do instead of having to ask 10 different questions about what it is that they do. He called when he got to our tenant's place and called again when he left so I know generally when they were in and out. A voice mail would actually be appreciated since I normally don't pick up numbers I don't know (but now I have his number saved for future references!) Our tenant's bathroom fan was not working, most of the face plates were either broken or popped out, and one of the smoke alarm was not working anymore. We originally bought some supplies for him so that he can use them but because we got the wrong supplies, he willingly went and bought the supplies to fix all of the above. Of course, we were charged accordingly. Kyle followed through to see if we needed another electrical aspect fixed (but we refused for the time being). Eventually, my husband and I got a chance to check out his (and his apprentice's) work and it looked very good. I'm surprised they don't have more reviews, but Kyle does good work and I definitely recommend him. They are in Neenah but serviced the Menasha area too. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

They also did not patch any of the holes in our foundation from where they pulled pipes out of the side of the house. We were left with large holes in the foundation of our house that they did not caulk shut. They also did not use hole closures in the generator. Most importantly, our transfer switch was working perfectly until Kollmann came and rewired it and fried our coil. Now they refuse to pay for something that they broke. They billed us and are now expecting us to pay for an incomplete job and left us with an nonworking unit. Their employees were also playing pool on our pool table while they should've been working. The owner Jeremy, is refusing to take responsibility for any of the mistakes made by his company or damage to our property.

Prior to the sale, the owner had Condon…read moreTotal Comfort install ductwork through the second floor to the attic in order to get AC and heat to the upstairs bedrooms. As a general contractor with over 20 years in business, I was not impressed with their work. They ripped out whatever was in their way and left a mess that had to be fixed/covered up. In one instance, they only needed a couple inches and they could have installed the duct behind a closet wall/bi-fold door but instead they busted up the trim and tore out framing to do their install directly in the way of the door. I understand that the owner who was selling the house probably didn't care - they likely just wanted the "cheapest" thing done to get the sale, but it showed a distinct lack of foresight AND a lack of respect for the new owners (my sister, brother-in-law and their kids). It really isn't THAT much more difficult to CARE about one's work! Based on that, I cannot recommend them.
