To the contrary, Jerry came out the same day to give us an estimate, and he completed the work four days later. Jerry took about an hour longer than he had anticipated because he was dedicated to making sure everything was up and running perfectly before he headed out. He was polite, clean, honest, and meticulous. Overall, we could not be happier with the service we received from Control Freaks and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. We will certainly use them again in the future.
