And he did. 30 min later I walked out with exactly what I needed. No upsell, no pushing extras, just a very affordable all in one to serve my at home needs. The manager/supervisor, whose name is tony, comes around to the line and makes and announcement. Specifically stating that they will NOT place multiple orders for individuals. I paid no attention, it didn't apply to me. I had just got there 15 minutes ago and hadn't placed any order yet, I thought. Then tony looks at me and proceeds to tell me that I should leave and that he will not be taking my order. I didn't listen to him. There were only 4 ppl in front of me. I was almost there. Soon as I got in front of the cashier, tony comes rushing from around that corner and tells me he's not taking my order. I kept asking why so he tells me to talk to security or call corporate. I'm confused as fuck! Then the female cashier looks up my account and tells me that I've been buying from other stores and now that I can't buy from their store. So I'm asking myself, if I bought a tv from the other location, I can't buy another tv at this location?? I started to feel like tony was discriminating against me. Becuz tony had already told me before I even got to the register that he was not going to take my order if I'm intending to place multiple orders. Which I hadn't. We went back and forth, and then begins to tell me that he now will take my order but it WILL be canceled. So after discriminating against me, he now wants to threaten me by deliberately canceling my order. So as he proceeds to place my order. I give him that necessary information that he needed. I gave him the sku number for the product that I wanted. And after I gave him that number he says to me 'funny that you know the number by heart' . It was 7 numbers. I remember my dl number. My license plate number, my ssn, and even my mama phone number by heart. I have no idea why he thought I couldn't remember 7 numbers to a product I've purchased in the past numerous times at other locations. All in all, this guy tony discriminated against me, threatened me. Intimidated me. And patronized me. He straight up profiled me. I wanna have a talk with HR next and ask what type of ppl they hire and requirements are needed to have a manager/supervisor position. It's ppl like tony is the reason why I don't come to this location. I've had better customer service at other Best Buy's location. For the laptop, PC, they were able to restore the operating system, and it got it back to me cleaned. Even the WiFi issue was resolved. Most impressive was my MacBook Pro. It had been dropped, so there was a dent in the chassis. This time the battery was not working. In replacing the battery repaired the chassis as well. They have a plethora of other laptops and monitors that are heavily discounted. I strongly suggest taking a look at the options and any repairs to breathe new life into your computers. This behavior raises concerns about the level of customer service provided at Target. It is unacceptable for employees to display such a dismissive attitude towards customers, especially when they are not fulfilling their responsibilities. The restrooms are all the way in the back of the store, and there's a big tv showing multiple camera angles of people walking in and out. They don't sell alcohol here at all, I was wandering around looking for wine and ended up having to ask an employee, who informed me. There are fitting rooms located in the middle of the store, however most of them are closed. I assume based on my experience here this store has or still does experience quite a bit of shoplifting.
