He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. When I explained that I need to bring in a laptop for service, I also explained that I had a medical & mental health exemption from the unlawful mask mandate and asked if there was an accommodation they could make like taking the computer from me outside. The individual insulted me instead and said anyone not wearing a mask is immoral as HE has complications with asthma and wears it. My complication is due to violent trauma and I should not have to reveal what took place, however, this individual went above and beyond to insult me and every other individual that is unable to wear this and has ADA accommodations for work and to be in public places for services. Sad that people are not educating themselves on the difference between LAW vs LEGAL and that mandates, orders and requirements are NOT LAW. It's also vile that anyone would insult someone that wishes to bring them business. My bf used to do all his business here and said he will no longer due to the way I was treated on the phone as it was on speaker. He is also letting others in the Grapevine/Colleyville area know as well.
