The project was a nightmare from day one Sales people and project managers quit. Installers quit. Tetra broke off their relationship with SI Shades leaving me with no shade support. I spent a lot of money ($30k) on shades alone. I had warranty issues with a shade got no support from Tetra. Asked them to reprogram finally got that done and presented a $200 bill for the programming. The manager has no customer service skills whatsoever! I finally transferred Control 4 to Bravas.
