We happened to be near an AT&T store and decided to "just pop in" to compare plans. Enter: Britney. I don't know if it's the difference between Verizon and AT&T, or California and Dallas hospitality, but the energy shift was immediate. The store was calm, well-staffed (four team members on a Monday afternoon), and every client was being helped with real patience -- no rushing, no hovering, no sales pressure. Britney was exceptional. Flexible, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. She walked us through every deal and promotion without making it feel transactional. She made small talk, kept the process light, and handled everything seamlessly. I was able to sit there working on my laptop the entire time without losing a single hour of productivity -- she only paused to grab a signature or get my opinion when needed. Dream scenario. An hour later, I walked out with a brand-new phone and zero stress. She was so informative and easy to work with that my dad even took down her information to come back and switch his line purely based on his experience with her. That says everything. The store itself is clean, organized, easy parking, and there's even a cute coffee shop (Lala) around the corner if you need a post-upgrade latte moment. If you're thinking about switching carriers or upgrading, go see Britney. Truly 10/10 service.

    Long story short.. phone has not been holding a good charge lately. Went on yelp to find someone to…read morehelp out with problem. Sent out quotes & Muhammed was quick to answer with a great price ($60). Said it couldn't be done today, but to my surprise gave me a call back saying part was in store. I was in and out in less than 30 mins, with chit chat of course. Sold me an original charger for the phone as well at another good price ($20). All in all good prices and speedy service. Will return to get iPad restored soon. Thanks for your hard work.

I filed a police report, named a suspect, and did everything I was supposed to do. AT&T refused to initiate a fraud case. Instead, they: Suspended my line so I couldn't even call for help Forced me to pay $732.33 just to unlock access to support Ignored 6+ requests for employee IDs Told me "we can't help you until you pay," then refused a refund after payment Called my police report a "civil matter" and used it as the reason to deny my fraud claim Lied about escalation pathways, refused to issue a case number, and closed chats without resolution Sent me a discount offer to restore service for others -- but not me Claimed "your service appears to be on" even when I sent screenshots proving it wasn't They had the audacity to ask me when the hotspot was stolen after I had already provided the report multiple times. They violated their own terms, blocked access to fraud reporting, and now want me to pay an additional $1,339.87 to "move forward." I've filed with the FCC, CFPB, BBB, CPUC, and the California Attorney General, and I strongly encourage everyone else dealing with this company's negligence to do the same. DO NOT TRUST AT&T. They will bill you for fraud they refuse to investigate, lie to your face, and leave you without service when you need it most.
