Today I call for a transfer pin and they tell me first they are having technological issues then they said my number was locked which was not true they then proceed to tell me they can get my bill to 60 bucks.. but last week before I decided to leave I called and they pretty much said it was nothing they could do to lower it. I spoke to several ppl on the phone in the app all of that and not one person helped me they gave me the runaround until the center closed and I couldn't speak with anyone. Kim a supervisor got on chat and was rude saying she can't do anything and call a number and then nothing! How she got to be a supervisor I do not know. Verizon sucks and if you are thinking about giving them a try you are better off with straight talk at Walmart. I picked this store to review because it was the store I went to five times in one day when they wouldn't take my phone back and they just as crappy as the six people I spoke with today. He offered a condescending apology, so I politely told him not to apologise and to be better. The next day, I returned during the middle of the day ready to sell my device. This time, I was refused because I was "rude to their employee". It's clear that employees with bad attitudes and a lack of customer service focus will eventually drive customers away. I wasted gas on two round trips for nothing and lost the money I would have earned for the monitor. This is unacceptable. You need to fire Tomas. He has a bad attitude and a spirit of offence.
