Over the years we have probably used 15-20 different "computer consultants" to fix issues on our…read morecomputers. Some have moved on to only handle Corporate Accounts and they were very good. None, however, have been as good as Warren Harris at dfwci.com. He is always on time, knows exactly how to identify and fix the issue and does it in a timely manner without padding his time. Our laptop went down and I was afraid everything was lost.. Took it to Warren's office and a day later it was working well again and no data was lost. If I'm effusive in my praise it's because Warren is the BEST with whom I have ever worked. Extremely happy that we found him through Next Door Neighbor and will only use Warren for all our computer needs.

I typically don't write positive reviews, since I assume that hiring someone and paying a fee for…read moretheir service is enough. I felt compelled to take time out of my busy day to make sure I shared my personal experience with them. First and foremost, the end result of the TV installation was great. I was truly happy with the way it all looked. What impressed me the most was that they took the time to "teach" my husband and I about the advantages and disadvantages of doing what we originally wanted. They also addressed the safety implications, as well as the home owners insurance and building code regulations. Once we agreed on what we wanted, they completed the job and took the time to make sure it all was up to our liking. The owner came by the next day to ensure that we were pleased and that they job was clean, professional and completed the way he would have done it himself I would trust them to come back again and to provide services to our friends and family. Hope this helps! Maria

He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
