When that happens, you need to go see Rodi. I've got kids with laptops. That means that we've had drops, viruses, and all sorts of miscellaneous problems. Rodi fixes them all. Best Buy's geek squad will cost you twice as much for half the quality. Take it to Rodi. He'll fix it (sometimes right there while you wait) and his fees are always reasonable. Rodi also gives you advice on how to avoid the problem next time.

He told me that he charges $200 to come out and if he can fix it he will, but if not he will come up with a solution to present. I explained the problems to him and we asked him to come out. He showed up at our house and spent less than 15 minutes walking around our house and talking to my husband. Then he said he had an idea on what to fix and would send us a quote. NEVER did he test our system or look at the wiring. He didn't even bother to check and see if it was PLUGGED in!! He sends us an estimate for almost $1200. When my husband asked about the estimate, he said we could not do some of the things recommended to bring down the price. Really? I thought the point was you would send us what would fix it. I would NOT recommend this company. I do NOT think he was professional. This was him completely taking advantage and taking money while doing absolutely nothing and then trying to upsell to try and make even more.
