We have been a customer for aroudn 3 years now, I think. We have enjoyed a good relationship with…read morethem up until about 5 or 6 months ago. We have had an issue with spam callers calling into our system, and that is not entirely their fault. They tried a forwarding of calls to an auto-attendant and that stopped spammers from leaving messages, but it is still non-stop spam ringing (976 calls to my desk in the month of June!) That is all background though. My biggest issue is that they do not respond to trouble-tickets anymore. This last one has not been responded to in 9 days. Nothing. And that one was referencing another ticket that was updated 14 days ago. I was finally able to get through to them by calling, but only able to reach them through billing, as support just continued to have me in a queue. Brittany in billing (thumbs up to her for sure!) was able to contact her team, about the issue but I'm not holding my breath. All in all, I just don't see how they can operate like that.

A very misleading and corrupt experience. A sales rep totally mislead my employer. Did not leave a…read morecopy of the contract said it would all be emailed. It was changed to read totally differently, to the point that the added figures do not even add up correctly . WE were led to believe everything was included in a much lower price. And then received billing from a second company stating we now had a 60 month contract with them that we absolutely knew nothing of this said contract. The service worked well for the first month and then suddenly our internet speed was KB not MB and cost us over 2 weeks of horrible phone service and internet at dial up speed. Which required a new router from yet another company. We were totally not impressed with this company they are a huge fraud and money scam. The bills from the second company that we didn't even know anything about bills that had been going into spam email. They suddenly started calling our business 4 months after the service was installed demanding over $1,200.00 in back bills. With which we asked them what were they talking about we had no contract with them and then they stated it was through Unified Global. This was when we discovered they had used a electronic signature from the internet to enter us into a 60 month contract for our phones and equipment. which was the router, 2 handheld wireless phones valued at 149.00 and 89.00 a antena, and $220.00 for 60 months. $13,200.00 we never agreed to this part and why would we. We were told the service was month to month and we could cancel at anytime. This is a small company that does counseling and therapy. Open 3 days a week we found this out and two days later without any notice they shut off our phones. Do NOT LET these people into your business, we are looking for a LAWYER to sue them. Anyone that has had the same problems we need to start a class action suit. Phone me at 501-253-4843

Worst internet ever, often doesn't work, slow, kicked off…read more Techs are lazy, odd and the one that services my area is a definite liar Brittany , a customer service rep is rude. This company has a weird process They got my name wrong, billing wrong and didn't care at the on- going issues it caused Techs always late if they show at all Will call to reschedule or try to not come out I hate this company - because of their poor service , I stay at work longer to finish projects I could do at home I can't watch a movie all the way without constantly restarting my router Don't even try to use 2 devices My apartment building, Village in Rowlett, only allows this provider, so I am stuck But this company is the reason I will move from a place I love. Many people here complain, recently we were asked to complete a survey about our satisfaction with this company I hope a change is in the works Wish I could give negative stars

---PROBLEM SOLVED--- Managment was helpful…read more.. would give them 0/5 if I can. This is the worst internet ISP you could get. DO NOT use them, I said again DO NOT use this ISP, you have been warned. 1. I am using the 25 Mbps plan which is the fastest and most expensive plan they are able to provide, and I constantly get between 18-23 Mbps which is fine if it is reliable. BUT it is not. I get disconnected at least once a day, mostly twice a day between 6PM - 12AM. 2. Ping issues, I play lots online games after work and during weekends and watch lots streams / Netflix etc, when I should have 50-60 ping from my gaming server, I get 80-90 at 70% of the time, 15% I get a normal ping, and the rest 15% I get 100+ ping. It is such an unacceptable performance and I cannot play the games at all with those high pings. 3. Customer services, I called many times to tell them about above issues but all I get is ignorance or they told me they will call me back in 24 hr which they never did. Secondly, when I opened acct with them, the sales rep told me if I use my own modem I could save $10 a month, when the tech came to install the services he told me the company NEVER EVER allow you to do that, so you can let me go now or you will have to pay the modem lease fee. When I call them about the ping issue or disconnections, they kept asking me to get protection plan or pay the tech to check their own equipment. I start to think this is pre-planned setup how they make money off on maintenance. After all, I am going to switch to CenturyLink next month which does not have a good reputation either, but at least every time when my internet is down I am able to search the Wi-Fi around me and they are from CenturyLink, so I am going to give a try even it is so costly because I have to pay the activation fee and truck roll again...but I am going to pay them because this is much I cannot stand with BlueSky/Ghost Fiber. Btw, I am an active duty soldier who is living in Killeen, TX (Ft Hood)...stay away from this company if you can....
