Gabe was the one whom I initially spoke to about the project and Gilbert was the one who did the installation and they were professional and did a nice job. My circuit panel was far from the garage (where the outlet would be) but it wasn't a big deal for them and they were able to relocate some breakers in my panel to the sub-panel to make space for the double-pole 50A breaker for the NEMA 14-50 Outlet. Out of the 3, I chose Fail Safe Electric. They were the most knowledgeable. They were able to start right away and came on time. The electrician that installed the Tesla charger was super helpful. We chatted about placement and what was best for my garage and car placement. I had a situation where the easiest installation for the electrical contractor would have been a pain for me to charge each night. I would have needed to back my car in. So, the electrician went above and beyond and spent extra time and resources on project to accommodate me. He said and I quote, "I just really want you to be happy with your setup, that's the most important thing" I really impressed with Lou and Pete. I will call them for any electrical needs in the future. If you need a Tesla charger for your new car, call them!

The tech came when we were out (I caught him on our surveillance cameras) and inspected the location of the old generator, then left. Two days went by and there was no follow up (no contact at all) from the office about my quote. Over the next week I asked three more times and got no response.
