When he came out to take pictures, we agreed on the price and date. Unfortunately, I never received an email estimate and I never heard back from Energy Co. Thanks to Yelp's project feature, I was also matched with Kai Electric who did come out and provide my service. Unfortunately, Energy co is unserious and unprofessional.
