I posted my request for service on Yelp, and many electricians responded. Precision was one of the first, had a reasonable estimate range, great reviews and fit my schedule. Tim kept me informed via text on his timing to arrive at my home. The request was to replace three outside GFI outlets. It turned out that I needed a fourth replaced as well. I never heard another word from him. I waited a couple more weeks and gave the job to someone else. I don't know what to think. The first time everything was fine. The second time, not so much. --------- Good communications, showed up on time, did good work. Had most of the materials he needed to do the two small jobs I had, sent his assistant to pick up the rest of the things while he worked on the first job. I would give Tim 6 stars if I could! We hired Tim to put up ceiling fans in all our bedrooms, and change out about 7 light fixtures throughout our townhome. He was honest, prompt, and even went the extra mile for us. He made a special trip back to Menards to change out a defective ceiling fan, and returned the same day around 7PM to finish the work. Tim also installed a dimmer switch on all our fans which was a very nice surprise for us.
