Even though it's no longer on the menu, they whipped it up for me anyway--and hey, it definitely relieved my pain, lol! Next, I tried a Corpse Reviver just because it had absinthe in it. It was different, but I really enjoyed it. Naturally, I had to finish with my signature drink, a Cosmopolitan, because I am the Black Carrie Bradshaw of Long Island. And it did not disappoint. The eats: I got the charcuterie board--fancy and bougie, just like me--and wrapped up the night with the brownie à la mode for dessert. Drowning my troubles in sweets is a must when the Long Island dating pool is an absolute wasteland, lmao. Did I want to spend my night around teenagers, kids, and skee-ball? HELL NO!
