My friends and I came here for Taco Tuesday. Service is usually below average at this location on Tuesdays, but this time our Server Jheel was amazing. Went for Sunday Brunch recently. Definitely not worth crowd that goes there. There should be more breakfast food available. The service was pretty rough. We had to ask 2 different servers for utensils and water and everytime they came back they forgot something. read more

Went for brunch with a party of 20. We had called in beforehand to make reservations but the day of more people decided to join us so our party size doubled from what we had initially made reservations for. They were very accommodating and sat us quickly. The mariachi was nice and the only reason we chose this location over others where the brunch is $5 less per person than at this location. We were out in the patio and the mariachi stayed in the main dining room the majority of the time we were there. The food is good although the layout of the food is cramped, I elbowed a lady in the head while trying to get some breakfast sausage. My only complaint is that we had to ask our server for refills and he didn't initially offer mimosas or champagne. Oh and they need more umbrellas in the patio area. read more

Sunday brunch is so good! Not the best but I do enjoy coming. I wish they had chilaquiles though :( oh well. Service is always excellent and attentive. Food is pretty good. Unlimited mimosas and they're constantly giving you refills which is really nice. ;) Looks packed usually but never do we wait longer than 10 minutes. As for dinner, I've only been once. Cadillac margarita is on point and dinner was very good as well. read more

I've never really had great service at any El Torito but the waitress at this one named Kayci was on top of things! There were 5 in our group and it looked like she was serving 5-6 tables. So torrid is one of my favorite places to sit at the bar and sip a good stiff drink and have a yummy appitizer.

Well I went on taco tuesday so most people who've been here on countless occasions already know what the service is like(slow). We ordered our food after it took like a good 10 for them to clean off the table which by the way still had the last parties tip money in the envelope:-\ ...they give us are chips and salsa which was pretty much the highlight of the night as far as food goes. Then we decide to finally get up and stand in line with our friends and this little skimpy ebony lady started complaining about it being cold and how we all have to wait in line.(sus). So finally we get our tacos mines of which were chicken and carnitas. So I sit down and dig into the first bite and we all know the first bite is the best bite but this particular time It wasn't really much that caught my tastse buddy. The chicken was on the verge of being bland so I had to add a lil salt. Then I bite into the carnitas and they were the exact opposite. They had a lot of salt in them. So I dont really know how I feel about this particular spot. But I can say the restaraunt as a whole is stellar. read more

Very nice Mexican Restaurant. Table side guacamole is very good and chunky. Service is friendly. Flavors are blended well. I had the shrimp mazatlan and enjoyed the flavors. My only criticism is that it could have been spicier. Indeed we asked for spicy but it didn't have as much heat as I'd like. Presentation is lovely. Service is quick with a smile. Price is moderate. I'd recommend for anyone and family friendly. We showed up with 12 and were seated right away. read more

What food we did get was tasty. I ordered steak fajitas and they served us what looked to be a half portion. I even showed the waiter a photo from here for comparison on the $17 fajitas. He did give us 20% off for the portion being off. I shared with my daughter because its usually plenty to share, but not tonight... Service was extremely slow and unfriendly! The restaurant was almost empty, however, we were still left unattended at our table for quite some time. My cousin and I decided to time how long it took to get our food and it was past 20 minutes. This was probably my worst experience here at this establishment. It took a very long time for a waiter to finally come. When we received our food, it wasn't up to par as we had expected and when we asked him about it, he said that's what they serve but did nothing to rectify the situation. Then half through our meal, we asked a plain closed worker who may have been management if she could bring is more corn tortillas but instead about 20 minutes later our waiter came over and had to ask him for more tortillas because we never received the other ones we asked the previous lady about and finally when our waiter brought the tortillas 15 minutes later they were uncooked. Overall, this experience was very unsatisfying as well as very disappointing. read more

We've come to this place a few times, and are always disappointed. The service is slow and disengaged, and with a big sales push for appetizers and alcoholic drinks.
