DoorDash today and order the Special La Casa beef tips with white cheese sauce and red sauce. Was very good I'm stuffed

Went there not expecting amazing due to the photos but eating it so super good ordered steak and shrimp fajitas and there so much meat came with another huge plate of rice and beans taste is out of this world I got mine to go! Service was good as well they have a greeter the ambience is very calming and welcoming. Come in if you want a great and relaxing experience!

I got the steak platter! The service here was great and they were super fast at bringing out food. I ordered the stake platter that came with steak, rice and beans and tortillas! It was great and enough to share between two people! My husband and I loved the food, the service and the fried ice cream!

Very disappointing. We were told by friends that this was a "must visit" on our trip through town. The food was subpar- Honestly, I would eat Taco Bell before I would visit again. We ordered chorizo and queso along with a side of guacamole as an appetizer. The chorizo con queso was brought to the table COLD. We asked for the queso to be heated and they returned the same food to the table. (Big "no-no" according to the health department.) The guac was from a package and didn't prove to be impressive. Overall, the food was underwhelming but not awful. The same red sauce was served over every burrito and enchilada. Homemade, but average. The dinner menu provided more variety at a slightly higher price. Ask for the larger menu if you intend to eat here.

We were in town for a wedding and stopped to have lunch. I'm sorry but I would NOT recommend this place to no one. My finance ordered a beef burrito, the beef was mush, it looked liked mashed spam from a can. The queso cheese dip was runny like water. My chicken fajita, the chicken was chewy like rubber. No flavor at all. Another thing, we ordered and within 3-4 minutes our whole lunch was out, so what's that yell you. I will definitely give credit and great reviews when deserved, but If I'm down in that area again, I will never go back. These pictures make it look way better than what it tasted like. We ate about 3 bites each and left.

Great food, great service. The staff had always been friendly and helpful. The food is always hot, well seasoned, and well presented and it comes out super fast even on a busy night. Prices are reasonable and it's always more than I can finish.

This is my second favorite restaurant in town, second because they don't deliver! I did not dine in, I just did takeout. I ordered chori queso, bean dip, and chori pollo. All were very good. I wasn't a fan of the salsa they served, but that's fine. The chori pollo has a kick and was my favorite item. But the bean dip and cheese dip were also amazing! If they delivered, I would have ordered from them more often the past two weeks I was in town for work and tried more items.

They weren't horrible but they weren't fantastic either. El Toril's a good Mexican restaurant to visit in Gallipolis at least.

Was it delicious, nope (kinda weak and grape like) who the heck cares, it was full of character. Who doesn't want a MOTHMAN chimichanga dessert with red eyes, a smile and wings that was filled with Nutella and banana... yes, delicious. Food was great actually, they even have MOTHMAN entree, went off script for the mean and everyone had hot tasty eats, with a big shout out to the in-house tamales. Located in the downtown where lots of things touristy keeps the area going, but locals know and tourists should not miss out. Service was friendly and hopefully that MOTHMAN stays happily in his own airspace. Tragic loss to those in 1967, however, with the continued story telling it keeps memories alive and in this case brought us to some good local eats.

We ordered the Mothman Burrito and the Mothman Chimichanga and I would have loved to try the Mothman margarita as well but we had to order to go and I was driving. We were really happy with the food. My husband had the shredded chicken Mothman burrito and they use a queso and tomatoes to decorate the top and extra tortilla to make the wings. The burrito had good flavor but it wasn't overpowering and you could really taste the chile verde. I thought I had just ordered myself a small chimichanga but it actually turned out to be a dessert chimichanga and I could not have been more excited. It was like a chocolate banana crepe with cinnamon syrup. It was super delicious and the prices here are so reasonable! They also gave us some chips and salsa and the salsa was peppery with a roasted flavor and just the consistency that we like. We were smiling and really enjoying our food and that's definitely what it's all about.

Voted best restaurant in Ravenswood...... by our family. And by the look of most of the other…read morereviews in Yelp, it's a favorite of other families too! It was a hot steamy 4th of July day when we made the trek to Las Fajitas. I mean, for this west coaster, the heat was brutal. I mentioned to my daughter that I can deal with dry heat, but throw in the humidity and stick a fork in me, I'm done. Heat is heat dad, she said. Deal with it. Then deal me out! But of course, I dealt with it, and thanks to the great folks at Las Fajitas, I wasn't dealt a bad hand. Ahhh a cool breeze hit us as we opened the door. That's worth five stars right there! From that point it only got better. Nothing on the menu chipped away from the LF's celestial lofty perch. Chips and salsa did their job and made us thirsty. Our drinks showed up promptly and mine, (beer of course) was frothy and cold. The orders of tacos, Fajitas, and salad, arrived at the table hot, and in the case of the salad, cold. All were spot on. I felt as if I were on the Mexican Riviera enjoying authentic Mexican cuisine. Now, to be honest, I've never been to the Mexican Riviera, but I have been to Mexico, and have eaten their food offerings. Some of which I was wary of, but not so at the Ravenswood Riviera. Our food was delicious and the aftereffects were limited to the normal..... I think you get the drift (pun intended). "Ole" to Ravenswoods finest! Enjoy what you're about to experience. Quick Tip: Las Fajitas is two stories. One connected to the other by a spiral staircase. Throughout our meal I was watching the servers struggling up and down. If you're not there to booze it up, give em a break and sit downstairs. I'm sure they'll appreciate your choice. I wonder if they ever thought of installing a dumbwaiter.

I decided to give this local restaurant my business for the first time rather than going to a chain restaurant or something further into town. My expectations must've been too high because I was highly disappointed!! The food is far from being good enough to warrant their prices. My food was barely warm. There was very little taco meat (ground beef) given for my taco bowl. Plus it didn't really have much flavor to it. The salsa didn't look or taste like salsa. Instead it reminded me of a tomato sauce. It was just plain gross is how I can describe it. The queso was just a thick glob of mediocre tasting dip. Nothing thrilling at all and lacked taste. For $16.50 plus a $2 tip for one person to eat, I feel like I got ripped off and ticked off!! For the money I could've & should've went to El Torel or Taco Bell even. It's a shame, I really wanted to like this place but didn't. Sorry to be so candid but I seriously could've cooked a far better taco meal at home myself. Again this is just my opinion and experience.

The food is always cold and not good walk down to the gas station they have better food and service.read more
