Luckily our modem/router input had been rerouted around the splitter so it was still up. I did some looking around and found ADTV and figured to give them a call on a Saturday afternoon no less...figure the odds of getting someone knowledgeable. Blessed by the Universe...Ed answers the phone and we chat for at least an hour...most impressive is all i can say. He guessed the powered splitter was capoot...i was skeptical since the green light was still on. There was an old manual splitter...Ed suggested rerouting the antenna then connect a TV and try the auto signal search feature...98 channels found....yeah man. So i am connecting the other 2 TVs and we are set.

He just kept screaming that I needed to call customer service and hung up on me. I called same number back and he went straight to yelling and screaming telling me not to ever call that number again, and then hung up. I didnt get to say anything. Assistant Manager Hugo is horrible at customer service…read more I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. most of the representatives through the years have been helpful and professional. However, I've consistently had a negative experience with an Assistant Manager named "Hugo". Every interaction with him has been difficult. He is rude, condescending and unprofessional. Don't expect any help from the manager "Crystal" as her and Hugo seem to be besties. She may like him but his customer service skills are terrible. when I asked Hugo for his district mangers name, he refused to tell me and stated hes not required to give me his boss's name. if I had done this at my job, I'd be fired immediately. when I got the name from another employee, I was unable to reach them. calling 611 only put me in an endless loop of waiting and transfers.
