This has to be the 5-6th car I have had tinted here and they are just the best. The Pinnacle film is always great but most of all the installation is flawless. I always come Saturday for the first come first serve since I work all week. Get there at 7:15 and you will be out of there by 9-9:30. Prices are fair but most importantly the installation is flawless. The pinnacle tint makes driving a dream and it looks fantastic too. read more

I have friends that have been using 2A Window tinting for years now and always recommend them. I now have both my Lexus vehicles tinted by them. My new Lexus coupe that got the legal limit and Air80 blue on the windshield and my Lexus sedan show car that got the same Air80 blue on all window. Both cars pictured. I am super happy with my experience. They are professional and they put your car and you first before all. Their customers mean a lot to them and their work shows that. Right on the TN GA line so convenient for everyone and they use nothing but quality window film and get it done right the 1st time. Worth your time and money for sure. I had taken my C5 Vette to another tint place and it was a disaster! I then took it to 2A Window Tinting, they took the old off and redid it for me. They NAILED it! The back glass on Vette's are hard to tint, but they did it and it is absolutely perfect! I won't go anywhere else!! ***And no, I was not paid for my review*** read more

Set…read moremy wife up an appointment and she ended up there more than four hours with them making excuses about not being able to calibrate the windshield replacement then suddenly told her everything was done and working right except it isn't. Some of the features like lane departure is always on regardless of whether you put it on or turn it off. I was a Ford factory trained tech for 15 years and there was never anything I turned back to a customer without road testing to confirm everything I worked to repair was functioning properly. I still work in the repair and maintenance industry but I get it. Conscientious, caring and competent people are hard to find and keep when you consider these companies want to pay nearly the same wages they were paying 30 years or longer ago but expect to get well trained who take pride in their work and actually get paid what they are worth. It seems these days many places with whom I do business with and pay way way more than I used to for services I expect to be done expertly fall far below even my lowest expectations. This is just one more example of that which has caused me to become somewhat jaded. It's too late to apologize the damage has been done and our personal time is more valuable than an offer to make it right after the fact. Sorry. You have one chance to make a good first impression and sadly you have failed this time. I'm sure it's not the only time. And that's too bad. I gave them two stars only because it seems they didn't break anything else or scratch the car while they had it.
