I needed a very tiny piece of glass cut for an airplane gauge that had to be a very specific thickness. The piece was tiny but finding that thickness would've been impossible to do anywhere else. They actually just quickly cut it and gave me the piece because it was so small. That won my business for life. I get most of the glass I use for framing cut here (I occasionally buy a pre-cut piece elsewhere when I'm in a hurry but the quality is never the same) and, once, when I had a round piece cut (not cheap, but their prices are fantastic in comparison to other places) and I managed to break it (100% my fault) on the way home. When I went back like 20 minutes later to get it re-cut they actually gave me a discount on the new piece. They're great people with a great product and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Due to time constraints with my job, I was going to take a payout from insurance and go back later to get it fixed when business slowed down. I guess they got their feelings hurt and sent a ridiculous quote to State Farm. Attached is their quote. It states $149 for parts. This is supposed to cover a new oem Toyota rear bumper, bumper stay, and bumper valance. The cheapest I've found any of these items with dealer discounts is $545. Beware of this company.
