I'm rating 2 stars because of the following: - For my first visit, I arrived at open at 10am and the lady first stated they'd be done at 1pm. It took until 2:30pm. I had to rush to meet my appointment at 3pm. So it takes a very long time. - they placed a sticker on my inside door that left residue. I wish they had just told me not to roll my windows down instead. - They screwed up my back 2 windows, the back 2 quarter windows, and the big rear window had a bubble at the bottom. - I came in two weeks later to have the bubbles fixed and they weren't able to fix it. So I set up an appointment at 11am to come back a week later. - I got here at 11:02am and the lady said there was a car in front of mine (no big deal honestly it was 15 min from being done) but she said there was a charger on a "rush order" so it's gonna get started on first... what does that mean? I had an appointment setup and the work didn't even start until 45min after I arrived. - They worked simultaneously on both but started on the charger first, even though this is the THIRD time I'm here to have my windows tinted properly. - my car has Bluetooth and I realized my I could connect to it. I don't know how long it had been on... I went out and asked about why my car was on and they were saying they didn't want to run down the battery because they have to roll the windows up and down. Ok, but it's not like you are constantly running them up and down, the battery could handle it. Let's be real, y'all wanted to blast the AC with no care for how much gas or refrigerant you're wasting. - if I'm paying $262 for tint I expect it to take 1 visit not 3. - I learned the lady at the desk has no idea as to how long it will take and overloads the morning by telling everyone to come in at 10am. - I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star because they did try to fix it on my second visit almost immediately when I arrived. Overall, this has cost a lot of money, time, and effort to get this done. I'll be going to other 3M certified dealers for all my future fixes.

Set…read moremy wife up an appointment and she ended up there more than four hours with them making excuses about not being able to calibrate the windshield replacement then suddenly told her everything was done and working right except it isn't. Some of the features like lane departure is always on regardless of whether you put it on or turn it off. I was a Ford factory trained tech for 15 years and there was never anything I turned back to a customer without road testing to confirm everything I worked to repair was functioning properly. I still work in the repair and maintenance industry but I get it. Conscientious, caring and competent people are hard to find and keep when you consider these companies want to pay nearly the same wages they were paying 30 years or longer ago but expect to get well trained who take pride in their work and actually get paid what they are worth. It seems these days many places with whom I do business with and pay way way more than I used to for services I expect to be done expertly fall far below even my lowest expectations. This is just one more example of that which has caused me to become somewhat jaded. It's too late to apologize the damage has been done and our personal time is more valuable than an offer to make it right after the fact. Sorry.
