I finally decided to get the front door windows for my SUV tinted. I went to a couple places and…read morethey all gave me the same price. I can't say there was any reason to pick this place other than they were the closest to my home. My initial plan was to match the rear windows, but after checking the Tennessee tint laws and talking to the people at Tintco, I wanted to stay legal so went a bit lower tint. I had made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, they immediately took my vehicle in and I had it back in less than an hour. Although they said the windows may be a bit hazy as the tint dries, I could not find anything, even any tiny bubbles. One really nice touch is they placed a sticker over the power window switches to make sure I didn't accidently lower them before the recommended drying time. Not only did I get everything I was looking for, they did it in a short time and the result is indistinguishable from the factory rear tint.

Was immediately greeted by and welcomed by Liz, she carefully explained all tint options, price points, warranty, timeframe, appointment availability and best practices for an SUV. I was especially pleased with their tint examples; you can actually view what the final product will look like and what it will do re. heat reduction etc. On Friday, called and spoke with Liz to schedule appointment, wanted to try for Monday at 10am. Liz remembered me and quickly confirmed appt. as requested. On appt. day, dropped of the car shortly before 10am. I had the option to wait but decided to run a few local errands with a friend. Approximately 46 minutes later, Liz called and advised the job was done. When I inspected the tint, I saw absolutely zero problems, the tint was done perfectly, and the product was of the highest quality. When paying the bill, Liz surprised me with their Veteran discount! Can not beat their service, product, professionalism, price points and overall positive experience. Thanks Liz, I will be a return customer.

I'm rating 2 stars because of the following: - For my first visit, I arrived at open at 10am and the lady first stated they'd be done at 1pm. It took until 2:30pm. I had to rush to meet my appointment at 3pm. So it takes a very long time. - they placed a sticker on my inside door that left residue. I wish they had just told me not to roll my windows down instead. - They screwed up my back 2 windows, the back 2 quarter windows, and the big rear window had a bubble at the bottom. - I came in two weeks later to have the bubbles fixed and they weren't able to fix it. So I set up an appointment at 11am to come back a week later. - I got here at 11:02am and the lady said there was a car in front of mine (no big deal honestly it was 15 min from being done) but she said there was a charger on a "rush order" so it's gonna get started on first... what does that mean? I had an appointment setup and the work didn't even start until 45min after I arrived. - They worked simultaneously on both but started on the charger first, even though this is the THIRD time I'm here to have my windows tinted properly. - my car has Bluetooth and I realized my I could connect to it. I don't know how long it had been on... I went out and asked about why my car was on and they were saying they didn't want to run down the battery because they have to roll the windows up and down. Ok, but it's not like you are constantly running them up and down, the battery could handle it. Let's be real, y'all wanted to blast the AC with no care for how much gas or refrigerant you're wasting. - if I'm paying $262 for tint I expect it to take 1 visit not 3. - I learned the lady at the desk has no idea as to how long it will take and overloads the morning by telling everyone to come in at 10am. - I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star because they did try to fix it on my second visit almost immediately when I arrived. Overall, this has cost a lot of money, time, and effort to get this done. I'll be going to other 3M certified dealers for all my future fixes.
