Tanner came out and did 3 cars for us one which was brand new, One that was a 2008 mercury mountaineer that was maintained well, and a 2015 ford flex which needed the most work because of the dirtiness on the inside per my husband being a smoker. Charged us 525.00 for the 3 the work was absolutely unimpressive to say the least I could have done the same thing myself easily in which now I regret not doing so. There was also damage caused by something that he did or used to the molding on the back in which I sent him pictures of the car before hand and luckily got the damaged area in the photo. My husband went out to look at the car and the molding where it meets the crime on the windshield was gooey. I spoke with Tanner and he then proceeded to upload my photos to chat gbt to give us a logical explanation of what could have caused this. Sun damage to a car that sits inside a garage. Service requested was perfect! I got the gold package for my mom. It was fast and beyond efficient. My moms car is occupied by 2 kids & my dad, so trust me it was a HUGE mess before he came. I have used this service since 2016 or 2017. I had him clean my 2006 Toyota Corolla. I also used him in 2018 to detail my 2018 Toyota Camry. I used him a 3rd time in 2019 this past week and that is why I am commenting. 1. He is expensive. After much talk with my co workers, I should have never paid $105 plus $20 tip. My co workers and family said this is way to much for a car wash/detail. It should have been about $75-$80. 2. He had no personality. He barely said hi. He made absolute no personal conversation and the last time I was pregnant and he was super social and smiling. This time he had no facial expressions and seemed standoffish. No, this doesn't really matter much but he is the owner and I think it is very important to be friendly to your clients. 3. This was probably the most frustrating but he takes FOREVER to respond to you on Facebook, I even tried booking on the Facebook thing and still nothing so I messaged again and I really think he needs a secretary or something because that is business he can be booking and making more money. 4. He worked on my car for about an hour. He sent me a text and I paid. After he left I looked over my car closely and my tire rims were still really dirty. All 4. It looked like he totally forgot the rims altogether. This is the most upsetting part, I texted him and got NO REPLY BACK. I sent pictures and no reply back. That was the line for me. I was so upset because I even wrote a NICE text and I would have loved some sort of feedback about it. 5. I gave him a $20 tip on an already $105 tab. Do you usually tip the owner of his own business? I wouldn't mind my tip back. Getting no text back when you are the owner about your own work especially a repetitive customer is unprofessional and if he fixes this issue I would use him again. read more

Terrible customer service. I was recommended to this guy through social media. He offers good prices, but when I contacted him, he took several days to respond back and didn't take any of my info and took another several days to respond to finally ask for my info. After providing everything, he never responded back. The day I wanted my car done has come and gone and still never heard back. I contacted him via Facebook. Sooooo apparently we are not allowed to leave negative comments on his FB page because when I tried to, it says I was blocked! Rude.(pic attached for proof) Tanner says "leaving negative reviews on a small family owned business hurts not just business, but my family & providing for them." Selfish much? What about customers paying for poor work? Like I told you, we're a one income household and trusted your work based on your reviews and pictures. Well I sure learned the hard way! I have since used Pacific detailing a couple times again. And I am very happy to report the service was outstanding. They arrived on time and my wife's car looked like new after each of their visits. It is very easy to give them five stars and if it was possible to give them more I definitely would. The last time they did my wife's car it was an extremely bad condition as we had just arrived back from a cross country trip. You can only imagine the number of bugs and Road crude that was on the car. After they finished it was amazing. There was another time I needed to use them for my car after having the grandkids every crumb was dispensed of and the backseat look perfect again . Tanner did my Silverado last weekend , looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. His work is great and he was done so fast! Someone had gotten sick in the truck and he cleaned it so well you could never tell. Got rid of the smell completely. It's a bonus he lives nearby. his weekend he did the same detail package on my wife's 2011 Camry. The paint is in rough condition, but he made it look great. The interior looks brand new. I first off want to share I struggled for a very long time on whether or not to post this. I know Tanner has a small business and supports a large family. When I think about the situation it really is an unfair one, so here I am. Tanner detailed my car on two occasions. The first was great and when it was time from another full detail we didn't hesitate to call him. The second time, was in February 2020 and he came out to detail my SUV. It was a windy day and being careful not to get anything in my finished garage wet, I closed my garage door. He finished the job (he details well) and went about his day. Fast forward to a week later and I notice a very odd streaky white sprayed on type substance that had literally discolored the baked on paint on my garage and would not come off. It was from the second panel down, and looked exactly like overspray. They were brand new markings. I have outdoor photos just before he came out and the newer door was still perfect (second photo). Again, I was not able to get the substance off as it was literally baked in from the sun. In a panic I contacted Tanner and asked him to come take a look. He flat out refused and said he did not do it. He also immediately said the garage was open the whole time. Funny, because it was windy, I closed it and I had proof from my garage door app which tracks all activity. Pacific Coast Detailing is the only company who has ever detailed or sprayed any substance near my newer garage door. And it was pristine before he detailed my car. To take it one step further and give him the benefit of the doubt, I put my car in front of the door again and sprayed water, and the water marks lined up directly with the damaged area of my garage door. I shared those with him along with newer photos showing how the door was fine before his visit. After continuously attempting to reach out to him to come look I suggested to him to run a test with the same product he used on an already damaged area. Again he refused and then stopped responding all together except to say his product wouldn't do that, it goes on cars. That's great except cars are a different paint with a clear coat, and he wipes all of it off when he puts in on a car. I know it is going to take 1,000 to repair. I know Tanner refused to acknowledge my damages or even test his product when I know he was the only source. While I can vouch he does good work, I can not stand by his honesty or integrity should any incidents occur when completing his work. I try hard to be fair, honest and understanding but this really went beyond what is fair and the situation still makes me feel sick. read more

Had a detail on my truck. Ask to get a clay bar and waxed job. Clay bar is supposed to get rid of the hard chemical on your paint like overspray of paint and oxidation to some level. After he was done I got home and felt the paint and it was still rough on the paint. It looks like to me is that he didn't do the clay bar. Felt like I paid for a detail but got a expensive car wash. These guys did a great job on my 2003 Honda civic, the really took their time to get the job done right. The engine bay was clean, the wax made my paint look brand new because it was so worn out, they even included a quick headlight restoration that wasn't even in my package. I am very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment to get 2 vehicles washed. The first a small car and the other one was a lifted truck. The car was done good, however the truck was horribly washed. He didn't wash the top, the hood or the bed of the truck. Even the windshield still had dead bugs and smudges all over it. The grill was also still so filthy, as well as the rims. I had to leave right after the car was washed so I paid him in advance, therefore I was unable to check the truck before he left. Apparently, he felt he didn't have to do a good job since he already got paid. And to top it off I texted him to let him know that it was a very sloppy job and not even a response. I then tried calling and no answer. I definitely wont be using them again. read more
