Horrible!!! Experience!!! Service done Thursday 4/2…read moreOn Friday 4/3 I saw that my car looks horrible!! I called Bledsoe immediately he ADMITTED the POOR Workmanship / poor quality on the outside was his fault and he'd rewash my car on Saturday 4/4. I said perfect. He was a no call no show on 4/4. I've been in contact via text w/ Bledsoe and now he's not accepting any responsibility for the poor workmanship. Now he's saying that i made the swirls on my car and it's not his fault! He is NOT TRUSTWORTHY nor is he A Man of his word My car is kept in the garage it's been windy so dust is on it even with dust on my car you can see the swirls, dirty windows etc but yomy vote is ABSOLUTELY NO!! I would not recommend this place. They told me my car was ready so I made time to go get it. I…read moredidn't have time to look over the whole car, but I did have them complete one area that they didn't do a good job on. When I finally had time to look at the car I couldn't believe what wasn't done. The littlest things. I ran a wet wipe over the dash and it was quickly dirty, so we know that wasn't done either, attaching photo of my cup holder and back interior corner, and I could attach a whole lot more. Floor mats not clean, windows still show dirt around edges, didn't look like they washed/cleaned any of the inside, just did a vacuum. I paid $200 for a full detail. I messaged owner via voicemail and text with photos and got no reply.

I told the lady who answered the phone what the truck would need and she interrupted me and said you're gonna have to bring the truck here so we can give you an estimate. I told the lady it was an older vehicle, and that I was not sure because of the damage if it was worth fixing. I told her everything that it wouldn't need and she interrupted me again and said you're going to have to bring it here - basically the secretary or the person that answers the phone didn't want to deal with me even after explaining, exactly what the truck would need, just wanting a very rough estimate, and telling her it I was not sure if it was worth fixing. She was somewhat rude and I actually even said ma'am you sound like you don't even want my business and she responded with it would be after January before we would even be able to get work done on it anyway (was late December when I called). I called them because they seem to have high reviews which I'm surprised if the people talk to this lady first.

Three huge complaints!! 1). $335 towing fee!!! The accident…read morewas less than five miles away. When we arrived at the business and asked about it, the reply was, "well that's the going fee." Uh NO!! I can have the car towed to my house 22 miles away for $200. Somehow they can't find the "actual" towing bill. 30 minutes later when someone else shows up, they finally locate the bill. See the picture, $150 - tow, $65 admin fee, $45 clean up, $75 winching. SERIOUSLY??? I understand the tow, but all the rest is BS!!! 2). My daughter was never told there would be a storage charge. She actually bought her car from the lot associated with the business. And they let her sell her old car from that same lot and never charged her any storage charge. 3) RUDE with an attitude like they just don't give a s*it. ("It was your responsibility to call us". "Did you think we'd just store it for free". "That's just the going rate". WTF!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!! My daughter was in an accident in her old Jeep less than 5 miles from the shop. The car was badly damaged and had to be towed. She had a severe concussion as a result. While EMS was helping her, the car was towed to Rick Worley and Son (of a bi-itch). This was a Thursday and Monday when we called we were told the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth. THAT WAS FINE and anticipated. BUT we were told then we owed the towing fee ($335!!!) and storage fees of $35 per day!!! Again, WTF!!! By Thursday we find our best option is to just scrap the vehicle, but now we owe $580. AND then I'm told we can just sign the vehicle over to them to cover the bill, which is what we ended up doing. STAY AWAY from this place!!!
