There is room for maybe five vehicles near the building, but they also have a large side lot they do the actual detailing work in. Both times I was greeted outside and asked what I wanted done. They offer several different services so can meet your needs. I wanted a complete interior and exterior cleaning and detail. This takes most of a day, so don't plan on just waiting. Both times they did a very good job of getting all the dirt removed, everything waxed, and the interior looked almost brand new. They do what they say they will, and the price is reasonable.

Unfortunately, I now have my own experience to add which left my car permanently damaged. First of all, even without the damage, this was not a proper detail. Dirt and grime were left on the wheels, water spots covered the exterior, and residue and dirt remained on interior surfaces including the center console and dashboard. In some areas the car looked worse than when I dropped it off. They also left a sticky residue on the inside of the windshield and the rearview mirror that multiple solvents could not remove that is clearly permanent now, and they severely damaged the chrome trim on the steering wheel. I pointed these issues out immediately while still at the shop. The owner and another person spent about 20 minutes trying to clean the glass (including isopropyl alcohol) and failed. They claimed the chrome damage was pre-existing and only offered a partial refund for the exterior work only, which I still have not received. I later spent several hours trying to remove it myself without success. I requested a full refund that same night so I could pay someone else to have the damage fixed, they refused and insisted everything was already there. They will not own up to their mistakes. Between the incomplete work and the refusal to take responsibility for the damage they caused, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone for any service. They clearly don't know what they're doing, unprofessional, and dishonest.

In Dec I hired this company to clean my front two seats. He showed up on time to my house to clean…read morethem and even detailed the rest of the interior. I knew the car maker had put some sort of scotch guard on my seats bc I couldn't ever get the stains out and since my interior is black it made the seats look worse. He had to use a scrubber on a drill to get the cleaner to penetrate the fabric. He told me it was possible once the seats dried some of the stains would come back up but to just message him and he'd come back and clean them again. He was right and some of the stains came back on both seats. I messaged him a few times. He responded to the first couple messages to work out the scheduling but then stopped replying. The last message I sent was Jan 18, 2025. Overall he did a great job. I don't think my car was this clean coming from the dealership when I bought it brand new. But the service I paid for was my seat cleaning and some of the stains are back. They do look better but still they're stained all the same. I'm just slightly disappointed.
