I was fortunate to find another stellar hand wash place in my travels. Guy who runs the place is super cool really hustles, and is a stickler for detail. I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

I told her everything that it wouldn't need and she interrupted me again and said you're going to have to bring it here - basically the secretary or the person that answers the phone didn't want to deal with me even after explaining, exactly what the truck would need, just wanting a very rough estimate, and telling her it I was not sure if it was worth fixing.
