Employees have been polite and friendly and wait times haven't been too bad. The interior and exterior took about 30 minutes. They have a nice inside wait area and rocking chairs if you want to wait outside. My only complaints are it's a little difficult to get into the place because of the way it's situated and the fact that you're not really sure what to do when you pull in there (not very good signage). They always seem to be busy, though, when I am there. This also seems about the only (working) place to get a car wash in the area- everywhere else I've been to is either do-it-yourself or broken. :(

I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what's wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech's pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow.
