We have been members of Zips since they opened. The car wash has gone down hill, way down hill…read more Took the spouses Tahoe today and the car wash didn't even clean the back of it. They no longer use the prep wand before entering the wash. Most of the time when you exit the wash the vehicle is still covered with soap. The wash doesn't work right anymore. Most of the time the vacuum hoses are stopped up. Employees should check the vacuum hoses at least every hour to get stuck trash out of the hoses for the next customer. Improvements must be made because many people are complaining. We pay $40 a month for unlimited washes. Right now that is way to much for the headache the wash causes.
