When I got out of the car, I saw a few areas on the hood and trunk lid that had not been thoroughly cleaned (Splash does not use the big, rotating brush that descends onto your car and then rides the contours, but the manic strips that swish back and forth). I hate to be picky, but I wasn't satisfied with this. The roof and sides were pristine, but the hood and trunk lid weren't up to par. So, I drove back to the car wash. When Mark came out, I showed him my areas of concern, and he immediately agreed with me and directed me to come back in for a second wash. But before he started the second wash cycle, he used a big, soapy brush to manually gave the hood and trunk lid a good scrubbing. And then, to my surprise, he gave me an upgraded wash with more soap. Needless to say, problem solved! Without hesitation, I therefore give Mark Hullender and his Splash Car Wash a solid 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) Mark was quick to agree with me that some spots had been missed and didn't hesitate to fix the problem; 2) I was impressed by Mark's sincerity and desire to make me happy. He said, "I want happy customers and I will do whatever it takes to achieve that", and he meant it!; 3) Splash Car Wash has recently been upgraded and has all new equipment - everything looks clean and new. Therefore, without reservation, I can endorse and recommend Mark and his business to you. I will not hesitate to get my next car wash there.

Employees have been polite and friendly and wait times haven't been too bad. The interior and exterior took about 30 minutes. They have a nice inside wait area and rocking chairs if you want to wait outside. My only complaints are it's a little difficult to get into the place because of the way it's situated and the fact that you're not really sure what to do when you pull in there (not very good signage). They always seem to be busy, though, when I am there. This also seems about the only (working) place to get a car wash in the area- everywhere else I've been to is either do-it-yourself or broken. :(

Well, my wife's new car is black and shows every little blemish. I've been wanting to get it professionally buffed but haven't got around to it yet. The $17 wax special caught my eye so I went from the $3 job to the $17 job. The car looks great but of course the slight blemishes still show. But what a shine. There are cool fluorescent colored soaps that bathe your car as you roll through. They have the free vacuums which I appreciate but an extra special touch is the free to use cloths. I'm ready to bring my F-150 over there now.

I usually have my young kids in the car so I can't go search for someone to add more towels without dragging everyone with me. None of the nearby spots have towels either. The vacuums work well.
