My husband pulled in and went to find an employee and this gentleman who was the manager came right over and showed my husband how easy it would be to take the sap off. Told us to get the basic wash but they would take care of us. He had two younger men working with him and he was showing them what to do and asked questions as to what they thought. Well they scrubbed our car before we even got in the wash part. And the sap was already being removed. These 3 went so far and above what they needed to do. And as we still had a long way to drive and I did not to have listen to my husband complain about getting the car ruined I was beyond grateful and happy. These 3 were amazing!! For the price we paid they went way above and bey

I took my truck to a reputable shop. I then found out that top tech didn't do the work i was charged. They replaced injectors but didn't clean the fuel tank or fuel line. As a woman, it can be intimidating dealing with car repairs because there's always that worry of…read morebeing taken advantage of. That has never been the case with Top Tech. They have always treated me fairly, respectfully, and honestly. I drive an import, and repairs can get very expensive. I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what's wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech's pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow. Since then, I've been a loyal customer. Oil changes, brakes, water pump, serpentine belt, squeaking pulley and all required maintenance, Top Tech does it all. They always provide an estimate before starting work and stick to it. They never try to upsell me or take advantage. Their staff is polite, respectful, and professional. Because of their honesty, fair pricing, and quality repairs, I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Top Tech to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.
