Associate decided to assist customer who arrived after I did. There are too many tire places in Cleveland for this nonsense.

We still owed a little bit of money on it and it was out of warranty. They bent over backwards to try to find me the best deal they could. We didn't end up replacing the motor and bought a new car instead. They allowed me to leave the car in one of their bays until I figured out what I was going to do. These are fare, honest people that aren't looking to get one over on you. I've been back several times since then. I took one of my cars in with a screw in the tire recently. The screw was in a bad spot right on the edge and it continued to leak. They attempted another method but there was no saving this tire. They did all this work without even charging me. They understand how to take care of repeat customers! Briar is the one I usually deal with when I call or go in. This guy is a class act and will remember who you are. This is the hometown mechanic shop that I've been looking for. Any work I need completed on any of my 3 cars will be done here. They have a customer for life in me!

I originally asked them to diagnose why my heat was only blowing warm air. Instead of addressing that issue, they charged me $3,000 for work that didn't fix anything, then told me it would be another $3,000 to pull the dash and actually repair the heat. Since my car is only worth about $5,000, I declined. The next morning, my battery was dead. The technician who replaced it told me the shop hadn't even done the most basic step--disconnecting the battery during repairs. He reset my electronics and confirmed what I suspected: I'd paid for unnecessary work and was about to be overcharged again. I went to another shop for a second opinion. That mechanic flushed the heater core, cleared out the buildup, and restored perfect heat--for $200. He also mentioned I was the fifth customer he'd seen recently who came from Premier with expensive bills and unresolved issues. All women, all overcharged, none of the problems fixed. It seems the new owners are relying on the reputation of the previous ones, but based on my experience, that goodwill won't last long. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. If you want honest, competent work, take your car to Import Support in Cleveland. They fixed my car, treated me fairly, and earned my loyalty

They have always treated me fairly, respectfully, and honestly. I drive an import, and repairs can get very expensive. I usually research the issue before I go in, so I have an idea of what's wrong and a ballpark price in mind for parts and labor. Top Tech's pricing is always very competitive, often two to three times less than what the dealership would charge for the exact same service. The quality of their work is excellent, and they stand behind it. My first experience five years ago sealed the deal for me: a speed sensor went out, which put my car into limp mode. Every other shop I called didn't want to touch it. They didn't believe me that it was just a speed sensor issue and were convinced it was the transmission. Their solution was to tow it to the dealership. Thankfully, my tow truck driver asked if I had tried Top Tech. He called them, explained my situation, and they didn't hesitate. They jumped right on it, confirmed the issue, and gave me a fair estimate for both parts and labor. That repair alone saved me hundreds compared to the dealership price plus a long tow. Since then, I've been a loyal customer. Oil changes, brakes, water pump, serpentine belt, squeaking pulley and all required maintenance, Top Tech does it all. They always provide an estimate before starting work and stick to it. They never try to upsell me or take advantage. Their staff is polite, respectful, and professional. Because of their honesty, fair pricing, and quality repairs, I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Top Tech to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

The tire/wheel package was purchased in advance from a different online supplier, therefore all 2BTA needed to do was install the wheels. I had vibration while driving after the install, took it back and 2BTA said the tires were out of balance so they charged me to rebalance them and said 1 tire was way out of spec. The owner also said that the type of tires I ordered would never ride well because they've had bad experience with them. Since the tires were under warrantee, the supplier issued me a new tire which was taken back to 2BTA to change out. Needless to say they swapped out the wrong tire and they did not rebalance the wheel. The front of my truck vibrated so much that I was unable to drive it above 50 mph safely. Out of frustration with 2BTA, I decided to take it to another tire shop and the manager did a Roadforce Balance check and showed me that the new tire that 2BTA just installed was out by 13oz (WOW!!). I immediately had them re-check the other 3 tires that 2BTA installed and sure enough they were all out of balance also. The other tire shop was able to rebalance all 4 tires and my truck finally drives smooth with no vibration on the road at all speeds now. Before my experience with 2BTA, I checked their reviews and they looked like a respected shop to go to. I don't know if it was a lack of training/knowledge balancing tires or just plain laziness on the tech's part, but I will never recommend or take my vehicles back to this shop for anything tire related.

This conversation this morning let's me feel more at ease. I'll be recommending them as an option that genuinely helped me by helping my family. I gave this a one star because it wouldn't give me the option to do negative stars…read more I took my wife's car to get tires put on because of the eye catching perks that come with it, free flat repair, free rotations, free oil change.. needless to say I wouldn't bring my daughters little tikes tricycle in there for service after going through what I went through there. My wife's car was a 2014 Chevy equinox, the wheels were in mint condition and we take care of our vehicles. The price of my tires was a little over $800 I believe, so it's not like I went with the cheapest tires, even though that has nothing to do with this. After I got the tires put on I took it home and the next day we were washing it outside of our house. My wife noticed on one of the wheels that it had these black marks all the around each spoke in the same location. So we checked the other wheels and noticed every single wheel had the same marks and some were a lot deeper than others that turned into gouges. We had went on vacation a day later and took my vehicle. So when we got back, I took it in and showed them the issue and they brought it into the shop and loaded the tire up and came and got me and said that it does look like their machine caused the damage. He told me that they would be willing to fix the problem, which made me happy that they owned up to it and was gonna help me out getting it fixed. That was all fine and dandy until he told me how he was gonna help me. The manager Matt told me that they would be willing to buy refurbished tires from junkyards to replace them. I told him that that was not an option being that my wife's wheels were in mint condition and I did not want used wheels coming off of a junkyard. The other option was to have them re-refurbished by a guy that does work for them. And in his exact words which I have on an audio recording said, "the guy we use does OK work, sometimes there may be some runs in the paint if he's rushing something but he's an OK guy." This made me laugh because I thought he was joking, but he was not and I told him that that was not an option as well. I then explained that the wheels that were on there were perfectly fine and there was only one tiny mark that I was aware of.. but every other wheel did not have one blemish on them. So basically my two options were getting junker wheels from a scrapyard or having somebody that does subpar work come out and fix them. He then asked me what they could do to make it right and I said that they should take responsibility for their mistakes and order me a new set of wheels. He said that that was not an option and I kept asking him why and he wouldn't give me an answer. He kept beating around the bush. I asked him if somebody brought in a brand new car and they scratched all four wheels what they would do and he said if that was the case they would probably replace the wheels with new, if they couldn't repair them. So then I asked him where in their policy does it say that they cannot buy a brand new set of wheels if they ruin all of them and again he kept beating around the bush and wouldn't give me a straight answer on it. Which tells me there is no policy, probably comes out of his bonus. The manager, Matt should be working at a car dealership as a salesman because he is the biggest liar that I've ever encountered. He also apparently doesn't know how to do his job and give people answers. The integrity at this location does not exist. After going back-and-forth, I asked him if I could talk to his manager. He would not give me his number and said that he would have him reach out to me. Weeks went by and I still hadn't heard anything. So while my wife and I were out and about running errands, she asked if we could stop by and see if the manager Matt had heard anything back from his manager. He had not heard anything. At this point we were just so frustrated I told them to just order the refurbished wheels so we could be done with it. They look like they've been painted and I guess is the best that we were going to get. As far as Matt goes, he is extremely unfit to be a manager. He needs to step down and maybe work in a retail store and not be allowed to talk to people. Maybe loading shelves or something but even then I don't think I'd trust him to do his job right. As a manager you should be able to answer any questions a customer may have. The fact he couldn't answer the one question that I had which was the most important question. Why can you not replace my wheels that you damaged with a brand new set of wheels? Nothing. He was clueless. Or maybe he was just playing dumb I don't know. BE AWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!
