I have worked for Jackie Baker since 2008. After working at the Larger Dealerships in town, the Job I had there was going away. The Dealership was Closing..I talked with my Boss and he told me to Go to Wholesale Auto, I would Be a Perfect Fit There... So I Drove by... It was a small dealership ... I remember calling my Boss and Saying ... There are not many cars! Why in the world do you want me to go there? He told me to give it a try ...My boss at the other Dealership ...I knew, like and Trusted Him so, I started here in September 2008... Jackie Baker has been the Best Boss I could ever Ask for...He's is highly respected. Our Customers Trust him...As do I... ...when my Wife Passed and my world was in the chaos he made my work schedule fit my Life... This Is A Great Business...Come here and find out why.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told they would have to reschedule me because they did not have the $4.56 part in stock. It's a 50 mile round trip commute for me to here "I'm SORRY" The purpose of making an appointment is more then scheduling, its for them to be prepared to complete the work. This is the third time the Long Dealership has created a problem for me. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS !!!

Despite that, GM continues to use the same faulty parts and refuses to issue a recall. I've also experienced problems with the cruise control--it won't reset after using the brake--which is another common issue GM has failed to address. The dealership was clearly not happy that I came in as an informed customer. When I asked for a trade-in value, they lowballed me, and the lease offer they presented for a replacement vehicle was terrible. I've purchased several cars from this dealership over the years, but this experience was the final straw. I ended up trading the car for a Honda the very same day, and I will never buy another GM vehicle again.

Most unethical business/person I have ever dealt with. Completely lied to my face. Bought a truck…read morewith what looked be a nice paint job and was told nothing was wrong with power train and there was a rust repair done to the floor boards. He said that he was a past mechanic teacher, and I trusted that this was true. Driving the vehicle home the truck would continuously over heat. I had to replace the water pump, worn out cam shaft and radiator. Now I finally got it running with out a misfire and overheating. Close to a year after I bought the truck there are rust parts showing through that "nice" paint job. This made me nervous enough to pull out the seats and carpet to check out the "repaired" floor pans. They covered huge rusted holes with a fiberglass patches. I am replacing the floor pans now and I had to cut more away than even the new floor pans will cover. If I wouldn't have looked and found it I probably would have rusted out the body supports in a couple years . Ridiculous. Have never dealt with anyone so unethical. In a year this would have be very dangerous. Don't even think about buying from this business...

Recommended by two local friends for their fairness and professionalism, I made an appointment to take it by for some work. They offered me choices based on time and price and how much I wanted done, gave me an estimate on some upgrades that I want to make "someday," texted with progress and pricing things, and as was the experience that others told me, didn't try to be "shady" about the cost. LeAnne is a treat and he is like an uncle that tells you what needs done, can show you, and explain it to those of us who aren't mechanics or auto techs. All of the stars! I found the place. The old Jeep is like a primitive dune buggy with all of the personality and quirks without any pesky modern amenities or safety features. Held together mostly with bailing wire, bubble gum, and hope. I need a place like Shadetree to be able to enjoy it and still be able to afford food and gas.
