He owns Mac's Auto Repair at 819 Englewood Rd Madisonville across from Wendy's in the back. (423) 442-2700 When he realized the travesty done regarding my engine, he decided to examine the whole situation - without me asking him to. He charged me 6.5 hours but put a whole day into it. So I have to revisit him, as soon as I get the money and toss a crisp new C-note at him. My engine runs like factory. Amazing. If you need work done it would be well worth it to contact him. If you need a ride home brother and pick up, I'll lend a hand there too because I am not one bit afraid to drive my car anymore. Runs like a Swiss watch. This guy is solid.

Thank the good Lord I found honest people to fix it for me. I took it to Turner automotive a week ago and he told me he would fix it for me. 4 business days later I called,and he said he hadn't got the parts yet. That's odd because he rushed me off the phone before I could ask anything else...auto part stores can get you parts overnight. It's been 7 full days and he's never called back. I think he has other vehicles that cost alot more than mine to repair and he just lied to me. I called 411 automotive just to get the number off the internet on a Sunday and the man called me back and told me yes he could repair that this week. The estimate was reasonable when I told him what I needed repaired. I believe he's honest. Unlike the man from Turner automotive...who takes 7 days and doesn't even call to update you on when they can repair your car? If he didn't have the time or desire he should have just told me. I will be letting you all know how 411 Automotive does me,hopefully it's a great experience....but don't deal with Turner automotive unless you have thousands of dollars in repairs,because he doesn't consider you worth his time. 411 automotive I will see you tomorrow and thank God for you!

Sorry to inform you Monroe Tire, the work your mechanic performed on my eclipse wasn't done…read morecorrectly. Everyone, I paid Monroe Tire for a motor mount and valve cover gasket. Soon afterwards there was issues. Took my vehicle to Midas a month later due to a significant amount of engine oil sitting on top of the motor and engine movement. They verified the work wasn't done correctly. When I called Monroe tire about the issue, the manager declared Midas was wrong. Took my car back to Monroe Tire for them to address the issues. They drove the vehicle decided all motor mounts were bad and thought best to replace all mounts. Paid for replacement of all 4 mounts, manager said he warrantied out a couple mounts still charged well over $500. Also, assured me the valve cover gasket was installed correctly. He said to resolve the issue with the oil he made an adjustment to the oil cap. The bandaid he applied didn't work. Left the shop and had drove no more than a mile and noticed the oil hand on my dash wasn't working. I've never had any issue with the hands on my dash before. Immediately turned around and went back to Monroe Tire for them to fix whatever they did wrong. The manager's attitude was on the lines of maybe I was lying. Not long afterwards felt some engine movement. Decided when it comes to repairing a vehicle, the guys at Monroe Tire have no clue what they're doing. Finally, I had to go to a reputable shop to have those issues resolved. And accept the huge sum of money I lost dealing with Monroe Tire. Just to let you guys know I'm very pleased with the shop that resolved both my issues. The valve cover gasket and mounts have been installed correctly. My engine no longer is covered in oil and no more movement.

Being from out of town on a Saturday just before they closed, I thought there is no way they will help us today. They were kind and sympathetic to our situation. They took our car back, ran some tests, and had us back on the road in no time. I'm sorry that we were only passing through. If I lived here, Monroe's Tire & Service would have a customer for life. I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!
