I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. I brought my brand-new 2026 Nissan Armada to this business to have the windshield and two front windows tinted. I paid $500 for this service, and the quality of the finished product was simply unacceptable. Bubbles, scratches, and lint trapped in the tint film. This is what I was left with after paying for a professional tint job on a brand-new vehicle. For $500, I expected quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a clean, professional finish. Instead, I received work that fell well below the standard any paying customer should reasonably expect. Let me be clear: this was not a minor issue or a matter of being overly picky. When you pay good money to have work performed on your vehicle, you expect the job to be done correctly. A brand-new vehicle deserves care and professionalism, and the finished product should reflect the price charged. I have requested a full refund and given the business an opportunity to address the situation. Regardless of the outcome, I now have the added inconvenience of taking my vehicle to another tint shop to have the work corrected. That means more of my time, more aggravation, and the possibility of additional expense because the original job was not done to an acceptable standard. I believe businesses should be held accountable for the quality of the work they perform. Customers work hard for their money, and $500 is not a small amount to spend on a service that leaves you disappointed and looking for someone else to do it right. Since September 2026, the owner has not returned my phone calls, and has ignored my request for a full refund. My philosophy is simple: You get one chance to do the job right. ChattLuxe Auto Spa did not meet that standard, and I will not be returning. If you are considering having your windows tinted here, I encourage you to do your research, ask questions, and carefully inspect the finished work. BEWARE. Honestly I should have given more attention to the negative reviews. I chose this shop…read morebecause the owner told me he did the wrapping for Porsche and since I figured they would have experience with my type of car it made sense. Turns out he didn't do wraps directly for Porsche but apparently has a friend. The biggest issue is, he will stop returning phone calls and messages if he can't fix the problems with the job. He damaged my window trim, which had to be replaced, that he said he would reimburse me but never has. When I got my car home he had left the door controller unplugged so I had to take the door apart so the windows and locks would work. The front bumper is wrinkled and pealing up in multiple areas that he was supposed to find a different shop that could do correctly and pay for, but as stated he just disappears and will not take phone calls or respond to messages. I ultimately took my car to a better professional shop that installed the wrap correctly that I paid for. Everything sounded great on the front end of this, but as he's done to others he won't stand behind his work. Buyer beware. At worst do not make final payment until the job is done correctly.
