Go in for an oil change the service is fast and thorough. The price is a little high but their is no high pressure to sell you things you don't need. They will show you a list of items to consider and give it to you but again, no pressure. In and out quickly. I also like the fact they team that do the oil changes are not young kids and know their stuff. I wanted to have my coolant system flushed on my truck and the gear oil changed. Grossly incompetent. I called ahead to request specific services. One included not removing the new oil filter recently installed. Not only did they throw it away, they began recommending services my car couldn't possibly need. Nobody appeared to listen to anything I had to say. Instead they were too busy trying to upsell me on services my car did not need. I specifically requested a tire rotation and it was not addressed. Used this place many times for quality service over two decades. Service part has had some of the same technicians the entire time. The guys are gruff but extremely caring for all automotive makes and models. They accept coupons and maintain their facilities well. It has always been surprisingly clean and organized for all the work they do. They have certified mechanics on duty and they offer good warranties on tire sales and installation. They support local schools and last but not least the car wash didn't hurt my car like others and all services are rendered at fair prices. I can go there without worrying about work quality. NOVEMBER 2017- I just brought my second car through. I did this on my 30 minute lunch break. Was taken care of well and given good advice on maintaining car. They called me by name again. A+. I just went to east ridge fast lube to take my Honda civic to get the oil changed because CarMax where I bought my car was backed up and couldn't get me in before a long trip. At carmax I normally an charged around $30 for a basic routine oil change. I went through this place and was charged $76!!!!This almost 3 times what I'm charged at Carmax! The people there are very nice and quick but this is insane, and I have had multiple car knowledgeable people tell me this is ridiculous, and this is just for a small basic Honda civic I cannot imagine what a bigger car would be! I will not be back and will just wait out for an appt elsewhere! read more

I stopped by to talk about servicing my vehicle, and was told to check back in a week. They said there would be absolute no problem having it fixed by the time I needed it. I did as instructed, went by personally to check in, and was told to have it towed in exactly one week. One week later, I called to let them know the tow truck was coming, and nobody knew who I was, or what I was talking about. I was brusquely informed there was a 30 (thirty) car backup, as if it was my fault! I certainly didn't get any of those warm, fuzzy feelings everybody else seems to get. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, and nobody seems to have an issue with making promises that they can't possibly keep. I wouldn't waste my time again. read more

I came in for an oil change and for some reason thought that would take care of my 'check engine' light being on. Of course it didn't. They oil guys referred me to their mechanic side, and they took just a few minutes to diagnose a valve cover crack that wasn't visible. I wasn't charged for the diagnosis. Two weeks or so later, I came back and left the car overnight. Finally my check engine light is off! I've had no problems at all since then, my mileage is better, and their prices were fair.
