I have noticed equipment is wearing out and not being replaced. Specifically, the hoses keep getting shorter and shorter. Today I could not reach the second door in my car, never mind the trunk. Often times vacuums are clogged or low power. This soeaks to a lack of a good process for keeping everything shipshape. The good news is I talked to one of their managers, Destiny, and she was able to find a long hose which was needed for my station. She was extremely professional and showed empathy about my situation.

This was not the case at The Finish Line. When I got out and inspected the car, I found that my car now had a lot of visible black dust on it (especially on the roof). There were brownish water marks on my windshield as well. The wash also did little to remove the dirt and dust from my tires, which is what enticed me into paying for the $7 wash. It actually seemed to mostly just spread the dirt around the bottom of my car. The only reason this place gets 2 stars from me is because it did manage to knock a good bit of the mud buildup off of the undercarriage of my car. If I ever go back to The Finish Line, I'll definitely stick to washing by hand.
