When I went through Tuesday, 2/25/26, the guys who wiped down my car must have used dirty rags because spots were all over the hood. The front had not been wiped down clean. The windshield still had dirty places in the middle and on the sides. read more

While going through their automatic car wash, my vehicle came off the conveyor belt and was scraped by a spray nozzle, causing damage. Despite the fact that I did exactly what I was instructed to by their employees, their ownership declined to cover any of the damage to my vehicle. Well, I have some mixed views of this visit. The reason for 2 is because the cleaning job was pretty pathetic. The windshield looked horrible. The whole undercarriage area was filthy. They didn't hit those spots that are hard to see when standing beside the car, but are noticeable when walking towards the car. It was a complete rip off for the price. Don't pay for the hand wash! On a positive note they were very friendly. They did help with a couple of things like putting air in one of the tires. Although my gf should not have had to ask for this. There was a blaring light on the dash that showed the car tires with the low pressure. Communication was an issue. No one spoke fluent English. So between our broken Spanish speaking skills we slowly communicated. read more

They neglect to tell you your unlimited payment is automatically auto-drafted. Manager at the Dalton location said it's written in the paper work you sign....well if your sitting there and other customers are waiting you don't get a chance to read it. The car I previously had was under that " contract " when i traded my vehicle they still were deducting the money from my account. Went to get my husband's car cleaned before leaving for vacation. There was a lot of dirt and dog hair, so we were wanting to make sure it was nice and clean when lugging all of our stuff to our trip. Pal's only did the bare minimum. They took about 10 minutes max, and there was still visible dog hair and dirt in the car. There were still stains on the dash that I easily wiped away with a cloth when I got home. We ended up spending 30-45 minutes cleaning the inside again when we got home. There was no attention to detail. I understand it's not going to be perfect, but when paying for someone else to do it, I don't want to come home and clean what they visibly did not. read more

Just had truck washed at Pal's, when the guys didn't dry/wipe wheels they said no longer included in the $8.00 wash. For years this was included with basic, (then $7.00), wash mostly because the carwash does not get your wheels clean. I spoke to a manager and he tells me now this only a basic wash with bug removal. So I went to the vacuum area cleaned my wheels. I will be finding a new wash solution for my cars and canceling the wash subscription I have another vehicle. read more

Don't do the membership and give them you debit card number because it take weeks of trying to get them to stop trying to run your debit card through the bank after you have cancelled your membership. read more

I'll pay for monthly charge for express line. They were really backed up so decided to run every vehicle through express line. Sat in line over 30 minutes and still had about 10 cars in front of me. Pathetic service for someone who pays monthly subscription. Probably will be canceling monthly subscription! Plus most of the time the service is terrible!
