Because my company car is a leased vehicle, they were not approved to change the diff fluid and transfer case oil, but they tried. But then they did slip in the approval to change my wiper blades, even though I had already told them they were fine. I told them not to change those. So they put them in the back of my car and said to let them know if I needed help installing them. That's when I learned they had already charged me for them!!! What a piece of work this place is.
