Straight trash!!! They will sell you tire rotted tires that they spray with oil to make them look new. ( Heard this from one of their employees ) They also let employees work on cars while intoxicated. So make sure to check your tires before leaving if you decide to go there. read more

Adam's tire did a tire rotation I left and went to another shop to have my ball joint replaced less than 2 1/2 miles away. They called me and told me that four out of five lug nuts were not even attached to the studs. They were loose inside of my Center cap. The one lug nut that was still attached was only held on by one full rotation. The company told me if I drove another half a mile my rim and Tire would've fallen off and I was on the highway at the time so I would've died Adam's tire after I called them told me to "get the police involved go ahead. I don't care" and after arguing and complaining only agreed to refund $60 out of the $67.89 receipt that I have for my tire rotation. I also have attached a video from the second company showing the damage done to the wheel before they even took the center cap off to find the lug nuts, not attached. Do not use Adam's tire. If you want to live another day and see your family. This is not the first time they have done this.... read more

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO TO ADAMS TIRES!! Adams Tires on 2216 Chattanooga Rd Dalton, GA I went three weeks ago and got a used tire from them, as soon as they put it on my car I started feeling my car pull to the left really bad. I took it back a couple days later and told them something was wrong. The guy took the tire off and said "OH YEAH ITS NOT BALANCED". He balanced it and put it back on. It continued to do the same thing even after, so I took it back again and told them I want a different used tire. I paid for a different used tire and left. I got on the highway the next day and it was still pulling to the left but not as bad but this time my car started shaking really bad when I would stop or go over 70. I took my car to someone else who told me my tire was over 9 years old (which legally they're not allowed to sell a tire over 6 years old) and that it was dry rotted. I went back FOR A THIRD TIME TO ADAMS TIRES and the man refused to either put a cheap new tire on the car or give me my money back for the TWO TIMES I paid for a used tire and then proceeded to tell me "SEE YOU IN COURT". They tried to play me not only because I'm a girl but also because they thought I didn't know what I was talking about. If you want to spend your money to be disrespected, treated rudely and spoken to condescendingly then go to Adams Tires. They made a grievous error concerning my tire and did not even apologize. This place has the worst customer service in town. I went in for an alignment and my steering wheel was left all backwards and my vehicle was not aligned. If they say they are professionals they should have been able to finish the job and align my vehicle and not had all these excuses as to why the job wasn't completed. The big box store where I bought my tires a month ago told me my tire could not be plugged after I ran over a nail. Luckily, one of the workers there recommended I take my car to Adams to see if they could help me. When the lady there pulled the nail out, she saw that it had not punctured the tire at all. I put air in it just so I could get there. When I did get there the blonde lady behind the desk was rude. They all talked to me like I was stupid and refused to fix the problem because to them it was fine, but my dad is a mechanic and he knows tires. The two they sold me were dry rotted. Please do not use this company. My grandson had a bad tire changed there on Wednesday. He stopped at Adams tire and they sold him a tire for $35 and told him they had a set of used ones for 200. He went back Friday and paid for the set. They would not let him keep any of his old ones not even the one he just paid 35 for two days before. As they were changing the tires they stripped the stud on one of the . They informed my grandson if he would buy the studs to be replaced they would reimburse him and install them because it was their fault and they would do it Saturday morning. My grandson went back Saturday morning and was told they did not have time and wasn't reimbursing him. I called to let them know that it was dangerous to car the truck that way and they should fix it. The owner/ manager started cussing me and told me that my grandson or me were to stay the f__k away from his business. I have never been cussed at like he did. Very rude and unprofessional.
