I asked them how much I had left on my brakes. They told me that I still had a little bit of time left before I would have to get new ones put on. I took my truck a week later to someone else and they let me see what my brakes looked like and come to find out Taylor Tires let me drive my truck without any brakes on the back and I had no brakes on passenger side. So the only brakes that I had was on drivers side and they were very very thin. How can you allow someone to drive off in their vehicle without any brakes. I could have been killed or injured. And I could have killed someone or injured someone if I had hit them. How can they sleep at night knowing that they did this. So please do not take your vehicle to this place for anything cos they will lie to you. I have to rate them so I can put my review on here but they dont even deserve 1 star

He just seemed like he was ready for the day to be over and that I was bothering him by being there. Last time I was at this location their crew was amazing. They talked and interact with their customers with a great attitude made sure that everything was done correctly even had it double checked not to mention one of their crew members let me know. I was missing a tire cap and gave me a new one. This new crew they have there I didn't feel like it was very professional at their job. They were talking about cars & who had the better car ect ect.... Not really paying attention to any of the customers. At one point one of them did say hey we need to be more professional & then they got back to talking to the customers.... When I arrived, I was not offered a water like all the other customers around me and I'm not gonna lie it was hot and would have been nice... I was just told to pop my hood and what I was coming in for... After pulling in, I was asked which oil and then left there. Pretty much the whole time I sat in my car with no questions or no updates. When he came to collect my payment he said they were gonna do a safety check & that I was all set after that.... I asked him if I could have a water & if he could please make sure to check my tires, windshield wiper fluid, and the other foods I didn't really see them mess with. Which this wouldn't be the first time and that they have checked off things on a checklist that weren't done. After I pulled out, I went to my usual spot, opened my hood and checked everything. My windshield fluid was not filled & still low, they checked off my windshield was cleaned which it was not even touched. The only reason my tires got done is because I asked. The cabin filter that is marked as N/A is actually available and they just never asked. My air filter in the engine was not checked at all, but marked as checked & clean. The only thing that I can't check is plug gasket they said they replaced. For $64 definitely not worth the money. I will go elsewhere for my oil changes.

You can come back tomorrow if you'd like now it's supposed to take 10 minutes to do these oil changes and I was there at 3:35 and only one person was in front of me. there were two mechanics each had one in their bay. There was one waiting on one side and I was on the other. If it only takes 10 minutes to do an oil change they had plenty of time to finish everybody. that was there this is my second negative time going there and there won't be a third. if you want some good advice, go someplace else.

I have used this location several times for repairs but this time I came for a full set of tires…read more My wife's car came with very low quality Goodyear tires and after suffering with them for 2 years we decided it was time to replace them. I had searched online before coming and had my choices down to 2-3 tires. After meeting with Freddy and asking him for suggestions he recommended 2 of the tires I was looking at. I ended up picking the Pirelli Scorpion AS 3 for the Toyota Highlander. The tires look and feel great. The check the alignment and corrected it and installed the tires. The SUV feels like a different vehicle. now. The wet traction is very good and it's super quiet and smooth. They balanced them perfectly. I feel good knowing that Freddy, Chris and the others here will take good care of me for a long time with these new Pirellis. Great job !!

Called Tates first thing Friday morning, managed to limp my vehicle to them. They had me fixed up by 4:30 PM that same day for under $500.
